That was pretty rude of your parents! I thought we all agreed you either squish yourself on the edge of the bed so you don't disturb the doggo, or you sleep on the floor.
My current dane mix (who's about 90#), when she's ready for bed, will shove her head under my hands/phone and stare at me, nose to nose, until I go to bed. She will not relent. It's cute AF.
