CO2 and H2O. The CO2 is the carbon dioxide we breathe out. So yes, you do breath fat our but only AFTER you've "burned" it. (2/3)

Bonus fact: the Oxygen you breath in does not become apart of the CO2 you breath out, it goes into the water molecules. (3/3)
