It seems as if the aircraft stalled and the pilots did not recognize the event correctly and did not lower the nose in a horizontal position

IMHO, the new stall indication system was not identified as a warning to lower the aircraft nose, to pick up airspeed.

The Max 8 that crashed in Nov the censor was malfunctioning and driving the plane down when it was level. Similar circumstances here.

Think opposite, plane didn’t stall, computer thought it did, put plane into nosedive to erroneously try to restart engines, boom.
