If it’s ~300lbs then it’s certainly heavy - but I think some won’t realize what’s most impressive about this is (a) looks to be about 5’5” so prolly only weighs ~80kg himself (b) he’s got not a pick of body fat on him. I’ve been pretty serious about powerlifting in the past and can atlas stone carry 150kg… But the times in my life where I was even remotely close to this lean/shredded I was just… exhausted all the time and couldn’t lift shit. Dude’s fully built different.

The boss told me he once tried to back a Suzuki (can’t remember what car now but that little 3 cylinder job) he was looking back and pouring on the power but it wouldn’t move, looked front and big Swede had lifted the front of the car off the ground

They were big canisters. Came up to my chin and I am over 6' tall. I would pick them up and haul them into the next room. Those things are about 300lbs full. So yeah I may not be shredded like him but I am pretty sure I could lift it (disabled now so I cannot walk with it tho)
If we average a washing machine at 170lbs, a banana at 5.5oz, estimate that we can fit 650 bananas in a washing machine, totaling about 393lbs. Our car engine is about 0.69 washing machines full of bananas… nice.
