salty much XD granted I hate her character very much but if it wasn't for Voldemort she would not have been who she was. Just like In Warhammer. We say, "FUCK EREBUS" Not "Fuck Horus"
And who was a complete idiot. That whole seven horcrux thing could've killed him from the beginning as it had only been done once before and the man only split his soul into a single object. There was zero reason to test that let alone put them in super famous objects.
Apparently she picked Hermoine's name with the hope that she got as few people bullied as possible, because her intent was to write Hermoine to be the target of bullying and to be intolerable. Harry and Ron are just fucking bullies. Neville, the Chang sisters, even Argus Filch, they're all just props to get bullied. Hell, Filch is this guy who can't do magic, where there was a scene where Harry and Ron snuck into his room, and found a bunch of letters of him trying to convince the schoolteachers
to teach him magic and the rejection letters are rifled through by the two, then are used to mock Filch as a loser for being a person without magic inherently that's trying to learn it, desperately. Then there's a scene where one of them casts a spell on a girl to give her permanent warts on her face forever. This isn't even getting into the fact that Rowling gave herself a male psuedonym so it would sound like this was coming from a man. A naturally gifted, rich child becomes a cop.
A little funny that Voldemort "lived" to 71 (spending nearly 14 years mostly dead). He was only walking around for 57 years. For a guy obsessed with immortality, his lifespan was below average at best.
And Hitler was black haired, average height and build. And yet he bleated on about the blonde, blue eyed, tall and ripped ubermensch being the only acceptable form of human. Fascists are rarely consistent.
He was obsessed with being effectively unkillable, and tried to get his hands on the Philosopher's Stone. The stone was partly for his resurrection and survival, but it also allowed Nicholas Flamel to live 666 years. Trying to not be killable and trying to get a thing that'll let you live forever qualifies, I think, being obsessed with immortality.
He didn't make the first one. Nicholas Flamel never told anyone how to make it, so Voldemort didn't know how to make one. Presumably they tried and failed to find/kidnap/torture the info out of him, but didn't succeed. He was working with Dumbledore, and probably incredibly powerful in his own right. He might have successfully hidden the fact that he created it from the world entirely. Hard to steal it if you don't know it exists. There's also Fidelius Charm and other such mechanisms.
At least Harry acknowledges in a later movie, when they ask him to secretly train the other students, he admits he would've died long ago if it wasn't for his friends and a bit of luck
Nah, it's correct. Look at which direction the the Scholastic S logo and year numbers are: if you were to rotate the stack 90° clockwise so that they'd be sitting upright on the shelf, the years would read 1-7 left to right as normal. Despair no longer, for the box set was just rotated so that we could read the spine titles without getting a neck cramp
No, I don't mean to flip them. I mean they are stacked with the last book on the top, rather than the bottom. Which is dumb, because it means that you need to lift the whole stack if you want to read the first book, which is the most common for a reread. Now it could be argued that if you are rereading the series you could just jenga it, slide out the bottom then put on top when finished and repeat, which would reset the stack with a full reread. However, if you are like me and tend to start but
Not finish a series reread, and instead stop in the middle, that method would leave you with a misordered stack. Which putting the last book on the bottom means you have to constantly lift the stack, it becomes easier to order and easier to lift as you are only lifting half as you read through and can replace book 3 as you take book 4, for example. If you stop half way through, you can simply replace 4 into its proper place or keep it out because you're definitely going to get back to it
No, I understood that the last one on top is what annoys you. I was explaining that the reason they're that way is bc the books *are* in the correct order for being on the shelf
Here's the same exact picture, just rotated 90°. All 7 books are in the correct order in the box set sleeve, the way you would have them on the shelf. Everything is in the correct order, it's just annoying to read the spines that way, so the meme was rotated so you could actually read it

The series wrote Voldemort to be the most evil and Umbridge to be the most hated but it turns out the author ended up taking both titles.
