My understanding is a warrant was requested in Minnesota, but the judge immediately struck it down and put on record "no probable cause". They had to wait until he left the state before finding a judge that would sign off on the arrest.
2 Judges said no, the first Judge and an Appeal Judge, so the charges must have been changed and are sealed. It's probably bogus Bondi getting a fake DA to railroad it.
