I've had it happen to me when I was really, really sick before. I wasn't hypoxic but I had a hell of a fever and legit just heard like, a
very calm/logical voice in my own head tell me to get into the shower. It's ofc one's own subconscious but it's crazy how disconnected it
can seem, like a backup system booting up. (The shower helped a LOT btw.)
