Him holding on to his plushie through all that is so frigging adorable.

He’s holding it because he is pretending to kill it while he imagines it’s the bad guy (source: my dog also does this)

Barney the Border Collie looks a lot like a cattle dog mix to me

That's me when I see Vladimir Putin on tv, plushie included.

When he smashes that tv, don't you dare get mad at him. Just punch yourself in the nuts because it's 100% your fault.

I wouldn't let Barney so close to a standing TV.

That dog was ready to throw down

This is so interesting. The dog is not afraid - because he knows it is not real. But he is emotionally involved in the _story_.

With his emotional support monkey he can do it.

Same energy as my uncle watching any kungfoo movie

The wagging tail makes me think he wants to play, not fight

Also, is that white table there just to keep the dog from wrecking the tv

Wagging tail means nothing.

When I was a kid my parents rented the original Masters of the Universe (the one starring Dolph Lundgren), at one point Skeletor seemingly had He-Man on the ropes, so I did an epic flying dragon kick into the TV in an effort to try and jump into the TV and save He-Man. It was the 80s, and I was about 4, so I did more damage to my own foot than the TV.

Hero.

But it was an epic flying dragon kick and He-Man made it out ok…sooo…maybe 4 yr old you saved the day? What’s a broken foot if you’re a hero of the universe?

You're lucky it wasn't worse than that!

"When I was a kid, we had a 900 pound TV on a TV tray. My father's idea was, 'Let him pull it on his head a few times, he'll learn.' "

I see there's another who has a head full of Bill Cosby jokes that you can't get rid of. Worst thing that guy did was plant those in our brains. Well. Except that other thing. That other thing was the worst. But planting all those jokes was the SECOND worst!

This one was Jeff Foxworthy.

But yes, I resent Bill Cosby for the exact reason you said. He was supposed to be the WHOLESOME one. No politics, no swearing, just funny stuff you don't mind the kids hearing. I grew up watching the Fat Albert cartoon. I watched The Cosby Show in my 20s. And I spent a lot of my life listening to his comedy albums.

Then that lovable, goofy, wholesome funnyman turned out to be a disgusting, raping piece of shit.

Dang, really? I know that joke, but in my head it's Bill Cosby's voice. I've just started saying "Bill Cosby stole that joke from me in 1963! Who are you going to believe? Me? Or some rapist?!" I was born in 79.
