Kind of worse than that. Attacks are very rare, but they are unusually ferocious by bear standards. These guys are smaller than black bears but their attacks look more like brown bear attacks. You don't get attacked by a panda unless you have THOROUGHLY earned a mauling and they have decided you need to not be alive anymore.

They kinda don't, which is why they're at risk (a "Vulnerable" and "conservation-reliant" species, that needs active caretaking to save them from extinction, but not Endangered by some definitions). Small miracle that they evolved the way they are in the first place, in my opinion, given how clumsy and picky they are and how long ago they diverged from other bears. 2000 ish in the wild these days, but stable now that they're so fiercely protected.
I'm not gonna argue that it's a sensible choice for this video (unless they're suggesting they want to spend the night with pandas in their room), but at least it's not offensively awful.
