You all seemed to like the last one so… I could do this for the rest of my career if wanted to really :D I get about 200 DMs a day like this kind of interaction across all my platforms…

Transectomy?? But, but... but she DIDN'T cut out the trans, she specifically kept it and made it visible!
Oh lord I am so confused right now. I hope the nice lady's surgery went well at least, I think it means she's a cis now? Those vocabularies the young ones use really get me in all sorts of tempers.

(/s please ffs)

That took an extra long minute. I just froze, and thought, ‘that’s not a thing, right, that’s not even a word?’

A second later I realized you were just messing with some jerk, which is as it should be, but that made for a good moment of confusion 🤣

Next time, you can just skip the candy coating and lay it all out on the table. When they start with: Are you pre-op, and Is it bigger than mine?

"I can cause a girthquake if I turn around too fast, so yes."

Amusing reply, but it might net the wrong people.

In all seriousness though. Here is to hoping you find someone awesome soon, and don't have to continue putting up with the dregs of humanity. These videos crack me up. These people just don't get it. They never will.

Definitely keep these coming!

You're perfect as a person, and if they can't see that then they're missing the most important part of being in a relationship.

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You still could have said "Which one?" to that one, too, just to grind his gears a bit more :P

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

well, that's how you stop being trans, you know, you have a transectomy and they remove it. so you're no longer trans! perfectly sexy boy or girl now!

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

For the longest time I always wondered why this woman was so supportive of trans — not that it’s wrong to be an ally or support others, but that it seemed like a really deep, personal conviction for her, and I didn’t understand what fueled it. Then I had the lightbulb moment a few years later.

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well? We're waiting? Where's the rest of the conversation where you rip him a new one? 😉

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Vaginoplasty? Is that what he was so awkwardly trying to ask?

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

These are so fking funny though. Thank you for sharing.

Also your man voice is hilarious.

I think cisectomy sounds more accurate :)

Still nonsense though.

I had to get my wisdom teeth out because they were growing sideways and digging holes in my cheeks.

Ronco used to sell the Transectomizer 2000 model, $19.99 only.

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I would have such dumb ridiculous fun trolling banter between the two of us that Weird Al would hire me to write his next album

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well yes but importantly, have you taken your anticistamines today? And how about your antiboyotics?? I just have, thanks heavens...

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I would not be messaging you in the first place because attractive people are terrifying.

1 week ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

I can answer that one! >.>;

1 week ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 5

@OP I love how you’ve changed over the years and are just so damn confident in yourself. Your posts are always a delight. I know I sound cheesy but I don’t care. You are awesome!

I mean, he was trying to be polite at least. He didn't just say "Do you have a dick?" He could've phrased it better, but he didn't seem to have an issue with your being trans in general since he actually messaged you.

1 week ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 3

The questions he asked about are in my bio. Nobody seems to get that him asking about my genitalia is also the first dm he sent to me here, I will clarify in the future.

1 week ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

Ah that the questions were answered in the bio makes more sense now. Thanks for the clarification. And I agree asking about someone's genitals as your first question is nuts.

1 week ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

"asking about someone's genitals is nuts"

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I didn't intend it as a pun, but now I kind of wish I had.

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

You're telling me there's lucky bastards who come across Ashley on dating apps and end up blowing it?

1 week ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Only the really lucky ones

1 week ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

well done

1 week ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Transectomy? 😀

1 week ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 5

Again, since apparently I have to put this disclaimer in for any future posts like this: I put in my dating bio that I am trans and pre-op. What you are seeing when I post these are the first messages I get from these folks. We have not had any conversation before I read his first text to me out loud here. Maybe that context will help less of you call me a b*tch for poking fun at people whose first dm to me is about my genitalia before any other question 😂

1 week ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 3

Men don't read women's bios. Realising this is the dating app equivalent of getting your period, so... mazel tov?

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

who tf called you a bitch???

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Makes it funnier. also, it's not bitchiness. you've anonymised the guy better than most people bother to. the only person who would be embarrassed by this are the guy who recognises their own words and folk who've used similar.
...

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

At least you're being upfront in your bio. Playing the devil's advocate here, but dating apps are pretty toxic. For a straight cis guy like me, I have been frustrated myself by a trans person in the past who, after talking to for a week goes oh btw I have boy parts and don't intend on transitioning. Like that's your choice but don't just drop that bomb on me out of the blue. Maybe dating apps should have trans friendly options so people don't have to have that awkward conversation.

1 week ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Also, if I am reading a DM like this here, it typically means they got nasty with me and I removed that section after the funny bit so it doesn't trigger anybody.

1 week ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

Ugh.... i swear to god men just..

I know there are toxic women too don't get me wrong, but Ashley you are fucking stunning, your funny, you have interesting hobbys

Like thats just stuff ive picked up from reading your posts and watching your videos

I will never understand how someone could be alone with a girl like you and think anything other than "Wow im lucky to be here".

And thats not me hitting on you, I prefer men, but you are gorgeous and they dont deserve you. X

1 week ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 3

Start sending them the silly ghost emoji (👻) and hitting block. It will come to a point where that emoji will be #3 on the 'most used' shortcut page. Don't ask me how I know.

1 week ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

"Hole surgery?" You'd think they'd have a fancier name for it. https://media0.giphy.com/media/v1.Y2lkPTY1YjkxZmJlMzdteDh2NTExZ3Mzc2txYjR6MGllc3V5YTBzZXRiemdhOW1pMWY5byZlcD12MV9naWZzX3NlYXJjaCZjdD1n/me5iXFpvyubIs/giphy.mp4

I honestly wouldn’t expect most people to know “vaginoplasty.” I mean, hey, i read the dictionary for fun but I’m weird.

1 week ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

“Transectomy” ya know, maybe that’s a good dj name… 🤔 DJ Transectomy

1 week ago | Likes 108 Dislikes 7

I laughed like an idiot at "transectomy" 🤣

1 week ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

They only play E-music.

1 week ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

The old joke about the name of the surgery for female to male transsexuals, the addadicktome procedure =]

1 week ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Holy shit that's hilarious. I just laughed so hard I startled my cat.

How are people that ignorant?

1 week ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 11

Terminally online people like us are more informed about... like, everything. Ignorant people in small towns are out there thinking the Sun orbits the Earth and Jesus blessed their guns with holy gun oil.

1 week ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Not everyone knows the proper name of every medical procedure.

1 week ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

I mean, I'm sure she notes that she's trans, if you're not down for whatever is there don't swipe.

1 week ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 5

Exactly!

1 week ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 6

People wanna rage bait themselves.

1 week ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I got the strong impression that most people on those platforms don't read anything at all

1 week ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 1

... you have a point. I thought trying to date on badoo was bad.

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I think reading that made me even more ace than I already was. Didn't think that was even possible.

1 week ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

"ace"?

Asexual

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Ah.

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

no I think they pronounce it like "ay"

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What do I know? I'm from the middle of the 20th century.

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Transectomy would be a great funny term for bottom surgery.

1 week ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 3

Lopitophomy

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's not? Dang. Sounded on point and medical.

1 week ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Wouldn't that technically be "removal of trans", like some form of horror/gore conversation therapy thing?

1 week ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Indeed. So it's not a really good term in this context.

1 week ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I was on the BoD of Phoenix Pride for years, trans folk have a funny thing where their ultimate goal seems to be to leave the LGBT community behind. I say this with love, but a large number of trans, if given the opportunity to take a magic pill and change genders, they'd do it in a heartbeat and pretend they never born in another body.

1 week ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I mean, why not? Like, trans means mismatch where you want match between outward body and inner truth. You'd want to resolve the mismatch right? You don't have to leave behind the struggle, the people who helped, and the people who still haven't made it, I guess, but don't you also just want to finally enjoy making your body conform to your will if you can?

1 week ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I wouldn't blame someone if they were exhausted with it all after finally making it where they were passing. But then I'm not lgbt so who knows. I just hope all the lgbt people can overcome adversity and find joy.

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

"You don't have to leave behind the struggle, the people who helped, and the people who still haven't made it" -> I'd agree with you here, but for them, being part of the LGBT community in a way reminds them of the past they'd rather forget.

1 week ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That's fine, I guess? I mean forgetting how shitty society can be. I can see why someone would want to just be done with it if they could. It sucks that so many people suck so much

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I'm sure it gets tiring to answer, but that seems like the only appropriate time to ask that is of a potential sexual partner. But yeah, transectomy is pretty funny.

1 week ago | Likes 186 Dislikes 9

I don't think you really believe that, deep down. I am confident you wouldn't ask anyone else about their surgical history as your first interaction with them.

1 week ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That doesn’t strike me as a before the first date question. Not everyone on a dating app is looking for a hookup.

1 week ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Less than one percent of transpeople have bottom surgery so it's about as absurd as asking the general population "hey are you trans?"

1 week ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 37

As someone of the "IDGAF, just let people live their lives" philosophy, I had no clue what % of the trans population had bottom surgery. Although, I guess if that's a question you're likely to ask, a couple of minutes on Google would be time well spent

1 week ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I don't think people know that. People likely assume most people get surgery because of how often that comes up in media.

1 week ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

And, why play games? 200 DMs a day with that kind of interaction... Is it a dating app or a hookup app, also? Hookup apps are kind of need-to-know and a quick way to tell if you aren't going to be compatible. Dating apps, if that's all they ask or care about, then I understand. People are allowed preferences. They shouldn't put you down for not being into you or yours, but they should be allowed to walk away.

1 week ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 4

Yeah that seems like a legit question? And I'm a guy with a trans son who DGAF, but if your partner having male genitalia is a deal-breaker for you, there's nothing wrong (or inherently transphobic) about the question. We all have kinks and turn-offs. 🤷🏻‍♂️

1 week ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 2

I put in my dating bio that I am trans and pre-op. What you are seeing when I post these are the first messages I get from these folks. We have not had any conversation before I read his first text to me out loud here.

1 week ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

Ahh, FIRST question? That provides some much needed context, then. These people are trash, then, as many are. I'm sorry you're bombarded with this. Pretty girls get lots of attention, and much of it's bad. I actually met my wife of 6 years (in about 3 more weeks!) on bumble, so they CAN work. We never would have met if not for the apps.

1 week ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I tried using bumble for several months a while back and never got a single match :( I must suck at creating dating app profiles XD

That would make it even more tiring lol.

1 week ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Thanks for the follow-up, that's an important clarification

1 week ago | Likes 69 Dislikes 2

At least you get to find out that they have a low reading comprehension and are not detail oriented.

1 week ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 2

So they are an asshole AND can't read, interesting

1 week ago | Likes 39 Dislikes 2

They *are* on dating apps, that's pretty much required.

1 week ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

That’s some wack mental there. Ashley is also on said dating apps. You’re bundling them all together there and calling Ashley an asshole also.
