I ended up going back to my day therapy program after 2 years because my life is falling apart and my PTSD is acting up. Their old cat still remembers me clearly and everyone is amazed because she's so grumpy.
She refuses to leave my lap and keeps giving me accusing looks even though she's purring. Imgur, meet Wilma

I did two stints at a partial hospitalization program and it helped me for sure. Wish we had a Wilma at ours. Good luck and best wishes.
