Man I miss the excitement of graffiti, tagging and throwups and running from the, well, ya know. I wasn’t very good but still I miss it.

Graffiti is like listening to Sinéad O'Connor sing: The talent is so amazing but's is just awful & makes a destructive mess.

Said it before and I'll day it again. These neon graffiti look like shit and are just easy consumer bullshit with no talent.

I thought he had a super ashy hand before I saw it was a glove

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's some nice line work.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

No it isn't. It's tracing an image made by a projector.

Is this the gengar guy?

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

More like the Vandals (circa 428-477) than Ninjas. Not sure if either had spray paint.

I feel like you got a lot of hate for... Maybe some educational content and a play of word?

Generally speaking, when they record themselves doing the act, they had permission to paint there or may have even been paid to do so

4 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

That's cheating, he's just painting over the lines that were already there.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's easy to do. Just had to spray paint over the lines that were already there...

So, do you buy different spray nozzles that make different sized and intensity sprays?

4 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

Not just different caps, but also sometimes fancy paint, if being paid https://ironlak.com/product/ironlak-acrlyic-spray-paint-400ml/

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes. And it gets very expensive the smoother the lines are. Lower pressure =crisper lines

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Did something change? Back in the day caps were like $1-2

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

it's been decades since I knew any graffiti artists, but back in the day the ones I knew obsessively collected nozzles from various spray

cans (oven cleaner, WD-40 etc ) to reuse and sometimes modified nozzles as well.

Thanks for that. I’ve never really thought about how this art style happens much at all and found this article really interesting!

I've got a truly embarrassing story about this song. At 23 when I met my wife (girlfriend at the time) One night I stood up and tried (1/?)

To do the Ninja rap dance. On the hands together pushing up part My thumbnail hit the tip of my nose and sliced (2/?)

My nose skin from the tip up to my brow. I tried to go to fast. A few days later I had a scab that ran about 3 inches up my nose. I was emba

I do hope that’s his own garage door..

4 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 14

He usually gets commissioned

4 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 0

If someone put that sort of graffiti on my garage door I'd be pretty happy. Better than the gang tag I got on my fence once.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It actually belongs to my uncle Shredder.

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I hope its mine

4 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Why is that your first concern?

4 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 4

Never stated that it was. But since you asked, art is cool and I’m all for creativity, but vandalism is still vandalism, and it’s a pain.

4 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 19

They just refinished a overpass bridge near my house last month and painted all the concrete pylons, and it already has an ugly tag on it

4 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 7

It is by default your first and only concern as it is the one you took the time to note in public.

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Yes because graffiti is a huge problem in many cities and frequently involves vandalising other people's property. Legitimate concern.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

But you lied then when caught in your lie you are now doubling down on your bullshit hot take. Try to learn how not to be disingenuous.
