"Friendzone" absolutely describes an experience that is meaningful and accurate to men and women in some situations. Denying its reality doesn't make it not real, it just means you're denying the experiences of others, and trying to feel superior to them.
I've been in an amazing relationship for over 20 years, and never been in the "friendzone". I know how you chucklefucks like to pretend you're psychologists when someone disagrees.
