I look after that almost after every nap. The feeling of not knowing wtf is happening is so unnerving to me that I avoid naps even when tired...only exception is when the entire family (wife, kid, dog) naps together, then I don't get that feeling

I cannot nap, if I do I wake up dizzy, dehydrated, confused and feeling sick, I don't know how or why people love it so much but it ain't for me.

question for those who own a weighted blanket - is it normal that those blankets lose a little bit of their filling material? I tried one some time ago, but I returned it because it was losing some of the smaller glass beads, I guess through the holes where the steppings are. It was quite annoying and I don't know if it's a normal thing when it's new.

I guess my mom thinks I'm autistic or something (I'm not, just the black sheep of the family) and she got me a weighted blanked a few years ago as a holiday present. She meant well, but it's so goddamn heavy, I can't breathe or move at all. I have no idea what to do with it, I'm sure it was expensive.
