Boys will destroy the house if left to their own devices. I can't speak for anyone else, but my brother and I would panic and clean everything up before Mom got home.
This was when we lived in a trailer park in Texas. Even at 12 and 14 we were nearly as big as our mom, but we didn't want her mad at us.
