Perform a citizen's arest with firearms. If you lack the firepower, phone 911 and report masked gunmen battering and kidnapping civilians. if there's no way to differentiate them from terrorists then they must be treated as terrorists. it's legal to use lethal force to protect yourself and others.
If you have to enact a local law to be able to hold them accountable for breaching your constituational rights, you ain't got any constitutional rights.
Hochul is also supporting policies that strip away the rights of New Yorkers, such as measures restricting 3d printers. And she has no authority to deny a federal agency, as much as she wishes she could.

She needs to be removed from office. She got installed in office after a scandal involving Cuomo, and has stayed there ever since while repeatedly backstabbing the citizens of NY with policies that protect the big corporate interests while not representing the little guy.
