FYI there are several channels on YouTube that show how to make homemade booze very cheap. I haven't tried it yet personally, but the methods are sound, I'm just too lazy to try it yet
Think I got a bottle for about 60 euros a decade ago. As you said, it's doubled in price here and alcohol is quite expensive here to begin with. But I only have a glass like once a month, so still okay to keep a bottle of that.
msiemon
alright, time to get a dog ...
kit99aLucentum
Can someone loan me a dog?
Causeitsmadeofmeat
Okay, but I'll have Canadian Whiskey; we no longer have Bourbon

I don't have a dog and I can't drink anymore. I feel personally attacked here, but I am still a big supporter of this for anyone who can enjoy either.

I don't have a dog, will a cat suffice? And can I do it today too? And the day after? Actually ALL the days after?
jenofearth1
Damn! I did that yesterday!
rupinord
Here's the problem: I don't drink alcohol and I don't have a dog.
So what am I supposed to do?
OutboardOverlord
I'm just gonna find my toys and walk around naked all day. Because I'm currently to broke to afford booze.

Sure, until you're having a last sip and when you tilt the glass up you get Indiana Jonesed right to the face.

omg ruined at the end.

The second whiskey there, Hibiki, is fucking delicious. My favourite from the "affordable" stuff, though still pretty darn expensive.
StillNotYouTube
The first time I had it I paid $40. It's about doubled in price over the last ten years. Still my favorite in that price range though.
