I don't expect much of myself as is! I work in a field that is greatly impacted by federal funding so the past 1.5 years of "fun" has had some impacts on the good ol mental health.

Oh I get it, man... Being a union factory worker has set me up pretty nicely for the past decade... And now the factory is closing and I (and about 2900 coworkers) will be out of a job. I lose full days to dissociation

oh man, sorry to hear about that! Really hope (if you have one) that your pension is ok. They seem amazing (vs 401k) but then I hear horrible things about total pension collapse with 80 yr olds having to go back to work :( FIL was union now retired on pension and so far ok.
