Given the current Democratic leadership, I suspect that what'll actually happen is that they'll let them off easy because they don't want to be accused of prioritizing revenge over fixing the country's problems. And then they won't fix the country's problems either, because they don't want to lose the donor class that is not only causing the problems but thrives on them. But it would be nice, on this occasion, if Mikey were right.
