Shit, youre right. I was half asleep, didn't realize the google result was just the frame set and w/o any components, and I would never buy a used CF frame, not from a stranger at least. Even used, they're too much money (for my level of interest in cycling) to not know if there were any incidents that could have possibly compromised the internal integrity of the bike.

Funny but just bought a 3yo Ibis full carbon mt bike for the girlfriend. Would never buy a carbon bike from anyone, especially a Cat 2 XC racer, but his team takes care of his gear, and he weighs 140 lbs. Pro deal and she needed the upgrade.

Siiiick. CAT 2? Yeah, to buy anything other than the scenario you mentioned is bonkers IMHO. Def one good thing about the cycling community, at a certain level, the majority of folks are fastidious with maintenance. Even flat rides have hazards that'll mess up ur month (or worse), buddy of mine bombed a hill w/used CF, hit a pothole slalom, fork said buh-bye, luckily his face slowed him down. Nah, but he's lucky it was 2am otherwise he would have slid right into traffic. Is the cut unrelated?

Not a but flap. Cushing yes and pattern is designed so minimal seems in sensitive areas. And 100% you have to take it all of for bathroom. Men have a bit advantage for "tube" can be used through shorts leg.

I used to design pro-cycling suits like that. All of the grey panels have been sublimated (printed) with her team's colors/artwork/sponsorship logos. The black panel is where her chamois is, and it's been dyed (not sublimated) to prevent grinning (grin is when fabrics become see through when stretched, don't want your butt showing!) Chamois are protective pads that keep the rider's rear and spine comfortable while riding for long stretches of time, but they do cause these suits to look silly.

Or we could just move to recumbents that have both comfort and speed. Looking at cyclists in their diamond frames reminds me of the monohull sailors thinking they can keep up with the trimarans. Cycling can be better, but some folks just like passing rules to make themselves feel like they are doing stuff.
If there were unlimited races, like we have with round the world sailing, there would be a heck of a lot more recumbents.

I used to live next to this company that makes cycling apparel, so I hopped on their career page and saw that they were looking for an entry level Product Developer; it's design adjacent, right? They trained me from the ground up and now I can name, like, 15 different types of lycra
