I made a post a few days ago about Imgur blocking the UK due to the Online Safety Act and it seems it's now happened.
If you're in the UK and are affected by the Online Safety Act in any way, be it through Steam required credit card checks or other online services like Reddit requiring face scans or government ID, let your MP know how you feel.
The upcoming Digital ID cards that was recently announced more likely than not ties in to the age verification checks, the same companies doing the age checks with AI are likely to be the ones handling the Digital IDs
We are only going to have ONE chance to avoid this and 2 and a half million have already signed on to the petition:

On another note they probably done it, because they didn’t like civilians solving murder cases for them through media inlet like Reddit. That is conservative thinking right (i’m not one of those conny’s).

Given the Imgur app had stopped showing up in Google Play search results for uk users a while back it felt like it was only a matter of time before the uk was going to lose access.
At least uk user's accounts aren't blocked.

Probably UK London, thats the only place where they block blocks.
Wales Ireland and Scotland each have a different policy.
Ireland and Scotland can petition through European system, Wales has different status al together.
