I know the ladies hand looks huge but it's not been photoshopped. It's just perception but the cat is still pretty big! It's a Maine Coon cat and they can grow unbelievably massive.

I had Maine Coons siblings who were runts…at 13 and 18lbs! Their dad was 25lbs and grandpa was 35lbs.
