Over the weekend you might have seen that our fair city, Portland, Oregon was declared "war ravaged" and a "hell hole" and "a shame what they've done to the city" by President Donald J Trump.
Here's a brief explainer of what happened: Donald saw footage from 2020 of Portland during the protests and got confused. He assumed it was still happening. Embarrassing right? He's getting old so it happens.
Please don't take my word for it, here's two news stories with Donald Trump cited as being uninformed. I know, it's not a surprise but he's showing signs of early onset dementia and gets confused a lot.
**From September 29th (Today)**

They want to hide something (grifting for Dr. Oz/Epstein files) so they look for someone to attack (someone making more money than them/someone trying to release the Epstein files) and look for any excuse to do it (invalid study showing link/outdated information) and then rage against everything decent and good. Yea, spin it how ever you want. I went down there and saw for my self, the ice building is being assaulted as are people who just try to walk by the area. Yea 'mostly peaceful' and 'not all of the city' and what ever else spin you want. I am all for protests but when people in masks stop you and demand to know who you are and start pushing you around, its crossed the line. The orange fkr will use that to stay in power.

I grew up in Portland. I have friends/family there still, I live in the state still. I work in Portland for a week every few months, mostly I send one the people who are closer. I love how everything that you dont agree with is a lie and not possibly anything else, I havent evne seen anyone say that it was possible someone, even 1 person, was being violent. During the summer there were about 10-20 people who routinely go down there and try to block the entrance, and then they bring out the 30 or so officers and usually use tear gas. All the footage I've seen is exactly that. Even the best footage Fox News had comical , here's a screen cap of the worst Fox News had a few weeks ago. I actually went for the most "action" shots. It's people standing around and jogging away from tear gas.
