Some ideas: (1) Show them how to counter-program and have a bigger and better event as close to his as possible. (2) Get as many of your friends as you can to go to his event, then all of you get up and leave when he starts speaking. (3) If it's necessary to register for tickets, flood the system and crash it. (4) Drones. They won't get close, but the Secret Service will freak and want him to cancel his speech.
