We have a right to form civil militias to defend ourselves and that has been interpreted to mean a right to individually own and in many places openly and publicly carry arms. However if people actually did form a militia to openly carry arms and defend citizens from ICE raids they would be shot and/or arrested pretty much immediately meaning that functionally no we do not have that right.

Yes and no. Up until very recently there was the option to avoid this, but our various institutions failed to see what was happening and do what needed doing. From this point on I think there are variations on how this will play out, there are things that can be done at home and abroad to reduce harm, but I do not think there is any way to avoid more of what is currently happening other than to fight through it and hope to live to see the other side.

Could be bias based on what media I consume, but I'd say the UK is almost certainly headed this way with Italy not far behind, France could go either way, Canada could go either way, Japan just elected a far right leader who is making loud anti-China moves but I don't have a good read on what to expect from that other than a potential territorial war for patches of ocean.

The issue is a lot of Americans want to do something- but many of them still don't give a fuck. My coworker today was complaining her Facebook feed was ruined because of posts about ICE. We are within 2 hours of Minneapolis. We're not even far away (by American standards) and she does not care. We have to fight apathy and facism and we're losing both battles. (She would tell you she didn't vote for this, because she didn't even fucking vote)

I'm not even American and we are out here protesting everything he touches, so just get in the streets. Hell, go to your local city hall and protest. Look at your city and find protests and get in the streets. Put signs up in your windows, or better yet, start organising. Don't do it online, find like minded people and start training. Just get in the streets!
