I can't figure out the volume of this jug, but just googling the original coke syrup jug; it looks like they were all 1 gallon. If this is 1 gal there would be 128 servings of 25-30mg doses. A pretty small key bump consumed slowly over the course of the drink.

Sugar is not addictive in the clinical sense. The insulin spikes associated with high sugar intake can definitely lead to craving more sugar, but there is no physical dependence or dopamine dysregulation.

Gotta keep in mind there are two categories of addiction: physiological (what you're thinking of) and psychological. What deserves mention is that if you are a company wanting to cash in on addictions, you wouldn't ignore how much of a driver psychological addictions can be, in some cases they can even exceed the potential of a physiological addiction. The gambling industry knows that particular lesson well.
Sugar *can* have withdrawal symptoms though. Not particularly strong ones, but still...

They still use coca leaf extract for taste. If I remember it right, there's a company that is allowed to import coca leaves that they extract the actual cocaine from, the extracted cocaine is then sent to some medical company that is allowed to work with the stuff. Coca cola in turn gets the now non-cocaine containing leaf extract.

No, original Splenda is sucralose (they also now sell other natural sweeteners like stevia) and has little food value (low in calories). The same. It disolves on your mucosa as soon as you ingest it anyways. Maybe saves 1 or 2 seconds to predisolve it. Nasal use just works a lot faster, and for drugs metabolized in the liver are a lot stronger as it skips first-pass metabolism.

It comes as a powder. Someone would have to add liquid to it, vastly increasing its volume and weight and making it substantially more difficult to conceal and making it more difficult for a consumer to tell how much they are buying/using. You could just add some water to it, it wouldnt change the pharmacology, it disolves in water the moment you ingest it anyways.
