My understanding is that the exhibit will close August of this year. Here’s 90 minute of it:

Xenses at the Xcaret resort has a small version of this. Chilled in a corner for good hour just listening to it...

I feel bad that I'd want a slingshot or bb gun

Perfect time for a cannonball

Oh to be a porcelain bowl floating in a pool

Aaaaand now I'll be working on a way to convert tone, timing, and location metrics into RNG generator for my cryptographic keys. Move over lava lamps!

Look at all those people sitting there and not one person offering to help with the dishes

Ok so it's a very pretty very expensive large wind chime

There will be an additional springboard installed... for Melon's dive. The Triple Lindy.

I just randomly had the Bongo Cat playing in another tab when I opened your post. They go surprisingly well together.

Unmute, or you miss the point entirely.

First thought: "This is stupid." Then after a few seconds.. "..actually this is kinda nice.."

Sure is

Yep, I would definitely recognize porcelain bowls floating in a pool, and I can say unequivocally that those are porcelain bowls floating in a pool.

Engage the wave generator!

Oh and I’m the asshole for doing a cannon ball off the dive, maybe don’t put bowls in the pool

CannonBall!!!

They are doing the mutual attraction thing that Cheerios do, but at greater distances.

Can we add ping pong type balls to the mix and just make it a fun room... of course not at all hours because some people just want the bowls.

2 weeks ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Charge $5 for 10 balls and get the prize in the bowl? Genius!

If you close your eyes… did everyone “hear” the sound in the upper right quadrant of their vision?

Or... Carnie ring toss game just hit another level.

2 weeks ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Well, that's cool. Who made it?

2 weeks ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 1

They did a piece on it on today's CBS Sunday morning show. It was pretty cool

Call me an uneducated swine, but he seems very pretentious for a guy who put a bunch of dishes in a swimming pool. How many cool ideas were lost on college guys who couldn't afford to turn them into "art"? It's really nice, don't get me wrong, but he's making money on something that could be anybody else's fun weekend.

wind and water chimes?

2 weeks ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

It looks like it's indoors which is probably for the best. Otherwise it would be wind and big pile of broken porcelain at the bottom of the pool.

Guybrush Threepwood would very much not like this.
That doesn't apply to me. I like this

Actually watching a longplay of this game right now.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm familiar with the first few games, but I don't understand this reference. Also thanks because now I have that music stuck in my head.

To my knowledge it's never actually explained why, but at some point between LeChuck's Revenge and Curse Guybrush develops a great aversion towards porcelain. In Curse he only says that "It's a long story" and I think that's it, really.

This is one of my Mandela effect moments. I have a vivid memory of it being first mentioned it in Revenge in the governor's mansion, but couldn't manage to find it in my last playthrough.

2 weeks ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

When I was in college, and the remakes were jsut released I loved them... now I hit the revert button to see the original Pixel Glory!

2 weeks ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I did that too. Love the voice acting though.
