I cant speak for certain, but i seriously doubt that theres much technology in those things. Small plane electronics are stupid simple, doubly so if theyre meant to be disposable like that, and reverse-engineering doesnt give you access to any secrets to countering them because the answer is the same no matter what theyre made of; you either use wide-band signal jammers or kinetic disruption
