You’ve had one Glipizide, yes...

If you're diabetic maybe the second breakfast isn't such a good idea after all...?

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Eating second breakfast daily is one way to start needing to take glipizide (it’s a diabetes drug)

Lol if yall only knew the shit I see on a daily basis working as a supervisor at an ISP repair contact center.

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

Do you want mandatory data security e-learnings? Because that’s how you get mandatory data security e-learnings.

My favorite insulin script to get: "QD"

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

For those who don’t understand medical abbreviations: https://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=5155 (one a day).

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

More commonly interpreted as "once daily"

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This it literally one of my jobs at work, to send messages to doctors to say wtf did you mean by this script.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Any good ones you remember?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It’s usually you said take twice a day here said take 3 times here which is it

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Jesus Christ, am I understanding correctly that a doctor's recommended dosage is being changed to suit what an INSURANCE company 1/

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

dictates? Is this something that happens in USA ?? That's normal for you guys that dosages are dictated by insurance and not your doctor?2/2

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

not the dosage, just how many days of treatment a single prescription fill is to qualify for something. bureaucratic not cynical business.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Exactly, so for instance, my Dr might write a 90 day prescription, but the insurance turns that into a 30 day with 3 refills.

Most german language countries have the "zweites Frühstück", aka the second breakfast. So german spy.

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Ich tanzin in der Morgen for mein Fleug. Ich tanzin fur Frühstüch! (Ich tanzin fur Frühstück!). Do bist haben Haverflöcken?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Most"... So 2 out of 3? :D

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There are 6 countries where German is an official language, used to be 8, untill 1990. Don't know if Nambia adheres to zweites Frühstück.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So the doc prescribed for 30 days but the insurance doesn't cover it unless a90 day prescription is ordered? What bizzarro world do E live !

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Might also be due to larger packages being cheaper?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

My insurance company sometimes fusses if the *second* prescription of a chronic medication isn’t 90 days (they’re okay with a 30-day trial)—

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

—since they pay slightly less for a 90-day supply of certain medications. They mainly fuss over stuff that comes prepackaged as 30 or 90.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You mean what a corporate world we live in

7 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 405 Dislikes 2

frankly hold music is just a terrible fucking idea

7 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I call a fair number of orchestras and music clubs. Their hold music is a highlight of my day.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'd be fine with the music of some lines didn't blare advertising at you every 15 seconds at max volume.
