The Network is made up of over one billion connected solar systems, each one populated by an average of fifteen billion citizens. And yet, for every citizen there exist dozens or possibly even hundreds of drones. In fact, not only are we ignorant of the number of drones in the Network, we don’t even know how many *types* of drones there are. There may well be entire *categories* of drones that no citizen has ever seen before.
