I'm not sure what you're trying to say. Of course you can access the contents of oil without oil, oil is just a mixture of organic compounds, and to make them from abundant natural materials using organic synthesis, chemists learn how to do it. It just takes extra steps, which cost energy, which in turn costs money. That's all there is to it. I'm well aware that the earth is overextended in terms of resource use, but that doesn't mean organic synthesis stopped working.

Russia is trying to reshape the demographics of the region to build support for their claim that the residents of Crimea want to be part of Russia by moving more Russians in to support that claim.
