Michigan has a dude named Mike Rogers running for the Republican nomination for our open Senate seat. The last time he ran for office here (and lost) he used the address of an empty lot as his voting address. He had no residency in Michigan. It amazes me that he thinks we've forgotten that.

Ken Paxton getting enough support to run for senate is proof that there is no hope left for the Republican Party. It takes some serious effort to become the most unlikable and blatantly corrupt Texas politician; the bar is REALLY high. There is literally no redeemable quality about the dude, and it’s been public knowledge for a while now. It’s straight cult mentality to want to put this slime into a higher office and not straight into a woodchipper.

Huh, I initialy thought this was about Mike Lindell, running for governer of Minnesota but he lives and is registered to vote in Texas. Why is it that every time voter fraud comes up it's a Republican doing it?

Nope, at least a decade, and quite possibly never unless we can also replace current Democrats with an entirely new slate who all resemble Mamdani more than Schumer. Nearly every Democrat in Congress is more concerned with political comfort and survival than The Right Thing.

That's the problem. Democrats won't play hardball. They won't prosecute. They won't push to punish even obvious, verifiable crimes, because they're too worried of missing out on the middleman vote.
They implicitly empower the trump-style blatant criminal abuse and just like every other time, as soon as they're in power they'll make a pithy says-nothing speech and do absolutely nothing and be shocked that no one is deterred.
