daytimepajamas
Yeah she's a real piece of shit.
2B4UALL
I suggest the tai pan.
BurnieCinders
She fled the country after thousands of death threats.
TiredBanana
American influencer... Why am i not surprised?
Don't send her back. Trump's just gonna make her director of fish and wildlife.
amildpsychosis
She should lose her visa and face jail time.
Huor
“Influencing” is a cancer on society.
youreathing
Influencers are a plague.
Turkleturts
Don't you go giving plagues a bad name
rainbowsandunicorns575
And never fucking let her back.
sosume
Simpsons already did it.
FishieStardust
getadogupya
amildpsychosis
Anyone know who she is, where she posts her content. Time to tank them.
TsubakiTragic
her socials have gone undercover
MzRafferty
I suggest she be exiled from Australia and the US. See how she likes being taken away from her home. She can split the rent with Snowden.
SuckMyFatOne
Wow, I have never wanted to punch anyone else in the face more
datphone777365
Fuck that cunt up ya aussie cunts!
FriendlyNeighborhoodGrammarPerson
She deserves to have her own baby snatched from her for shits and giggles. She how she likes it.
streetsy0
Wait w0t. I’m Australian and missed this. But then again I’m avoiding all the news so I guess this is my fault.
bippityboppitybuttsex
She can come back home and grab one of the cute baby grizzly bears... they are sooooo adorbs!
mikeatike
She can kiss a moose.
lukebagpiper2

bippityboppitybuttsex
OMG, I must pet!
TI99Kitty
If not friend, why friend-shaped?
DontcallmeRooster
I hear Bison are friendly and approachable.
monkeydwolfwood
Unfortunately that is common enough they had to put out warnings because they have to euthanize the calf. In winter people see lone calves while the herd grazes and 'help' it by bringing them to the park office because they think the calf is cold
bippityboppitybuttsex
And fuzzy!
SomeDetroitGuy
They are super adorable. There's a herd of them in Ann Arbor on the campus of Domino's headquarters. They have babies every year and the babies are SOOOO adorable. I think she should come visit them and pet the babies.
WeatherWiz
“Having her visa cancelled” oh no, is that one of ours? Please, we don’t want them back! We have too many!
HeywouldJablowme
She got attention. Negative or positive, doesn't matter. In fact negative attention is far more profitable on social media. So she won.
Angyliqueone
Jail time
MissySassy
What punishment is she going to face? Not in Australia I mean when she gets back? Also, I don't mean legally either
MNinNZ
edcellente
I agree with the outrage. Then I thought about Steve Irwin and how he picked up animals in the wild too. He was a professional that acted for educational purpose and probably wouldn’t separate baby and mother. That sure makes a difference, but it is remarkable that those differences would land them on extremely opposite sides of public appreciation.
Kittynomnoms
Yes, handling animals professionally (and for educational purposes) is very different from just yoinking baby animals for the lols.
Ludicmonstrosity
Remarkable. Yes. Makes me think about how a surgeon can cut people open, but when I do it, everyone's like "put the knife down". Context is crazy, bro.
AMLejane214
Let’s cancel this Badfluencer
Zuegma197777
This would rage anyone... She does the victim card. It's the Australian govt that's wrong! 🤡

If they still have English Kings and Queens on their money, the highest ranking national official will always be a PM.
monkeyfly
Unfortunately it looks like you've misread this commentators comment about misreading. Don't feel bad, it seems to be an easy mistake.
SomeDetroitGuy
I assure you that Austria does NOT have English kings and queens on their money.

Sigge1981
You do realize that Austria and Australia are two very different countries, right?
NothingPrince
my dylexic ass did not
NothingPrince
whoops my dyslic ass read that wrong, :) and I was like yes we do.
sosume
@nothingprince She's been on Aussie currency since 1966. Additionally she’s appeared on the currency of over thirty countries, the first being Canada’s $20 note in 1935, back when she was only nine years old.
RayneOfSalt
That note is being updated to replace the Queen with an image of a First Nations person.
TossABabyYodaToYourWitcher
They misread Australia as Austria, and Austria doesn't have a Prime Minister
DrasticBastard
That’s a baby‽ How big do wombats get?
SomeDetroitGuy
Up to 35 kg or about 80 lbs. Roughly as big as a large dog.
Lulabel73
They can vary but like a small footstool. They’re very solid with short legs.
ClutterMonkey
They have armored butts. Under their thicc badonkadonks are cartilaginous plates that they can throw back with such force as to kill invaders of their burrows by crushing their skulls against the tunnel walls.
Heelcat70
So every one of them is a combat wombat!

Having her visa canceled? That's it? Isn't it a protected species?
TiredSnowball
She already fled Australia, so not sure what else they could do
FriskySour
She needed to. It would be unsafe to stay.
Hexidimentional
because of the angry humans? or just because of the regular wildlife?
chevymonster
Why not both?
JustDriftingAboutTheInterWebs

Yah, an "influencer".....
TiredBanana
A hunting influencer. We all know the color of her hat...
conflictmuffins
Ding ding ding! Entitled red hat brat!
pareidoliaperson
She did a 1. Bad apology (it wasn't). 2. Blamed the Australian government for whatsboutist thing. 3. Said she actually didn't do the thing people say she did. 4. She did the thing but it wasn't so bad. 5. It was actually bad, but she was helping a distressed baby. 6. It wasn't distressed, but it was just under a minute she picked her up and released what's so wrong about that? 7. Remember that thing Australia does to other thing? That's worse.
she ran back to *America*. Serves her right
ThorClark
That’s almost word for word the gaslighting checklist. Huh.
ModsSometimesHeedMyScamWarnings
The only inaccurate part of this article is "Peter Dutton said he thought it was a cruel act" as Peter Dutton has no feelings, nor has he ever had any sympathy for a living thing.
Amythyst
No no, he really said that. Nobody's claiming he felt it.
highstream
No he has to qualify that he thinks it's a cruel act because he's not sure
RayneOfSalt
Goddamned Kartoffelfuhrer Voldemortato can load himself in a trebuchet and fling himself into the sea.
ModsSometimesHeedMyScamWarnings
Okay you legit got a good chuckle outta me there.

It figures she’s an American — so entitled smh
KuroFluff
Some of us definitely are, but a lot of us are right now are wondering why others can't be decent human beings. We're feeling really fucked over.

Let he who has never done something stupid to try and get laid throw the first stone. 😆
Seriously though, throw the book at both of them. Assholes
Strategicgnomer
Honestly, I've met Aussies abroad, they're often bad, entitled tourists as well. Ask the Balinese.
tokerator
My kids were pretty much ok. But this generation has been tik tok brained. And it's mostly not their fault. They're given powerful tools with no guidance or limits on how to use them. And all of that being said... GET OFF MY LAWN! LOL😁

There does need to be an strict age enforcement of social media...its so damaging! Maybe an IQ test, too...lol
Affray

I knew tiktok was brainwashing culture cancer the second i saw how quickly people jumped on board a platform where mindless repetition is the point.
Tiktok's platform concept is no coincedence.
