I also have a tender spot that my cats occasionally ran their heads into (granted, given the positioning it's the only one they could reach). Brought it up to the doctor, got it checked out, perfectly fine. Ultimately I think a part of it is the cost vs benefit on a mammogram can be exceedingly favorable so there's little push-back on such measures, even for a 35-year-old man such as myself.
