I don't know 100% of the details but saw part of the facebook live footage. He shot an older man point blank during a facebook live video and has supposedly also killed others. He is said to be in the downtown Cleveland area. Do not approach the man as he is considered armed and dangerous, but be careful and help spread the word out to catch him.
