Many tiny homes are never meant to go on the road. The use of a trailer base is to get around building codes required for fixed foundation buildings. They're treated as "mobile homes" and those same building codes don't apply.
It’s on wheels and should be safe, even if it’s on the road only once. Something like that becomes shrapnel when an axle fails and could kill someone, or several someones.
