So Jones makes up a story about the Sandy Hook school shooting being a "false flag" operation so Obama can take your guns (weird how he forgot to do that), the father of one of the six year old children who was murdered complains to YouTube. YouTube takes Jones' video down, so Jones gives out the father's "personal information and maps to addresses associated with his family".

So now he's being sued. This is just one of three defamation suits brought by relatives of nine Sandy Hook victims. Jones' lawyers tried to get it thrown out on free speech grounds (because doxxing the families of murdered children is surely what the founding fathers wanted to protect), and the judge said no. Or maybe 'fuck no', I haven't read the transcript but that seems plausible.
