Every additional added track has their level a little too high. The original recording was not done in a studio, so it isn't as "bright" and clear as the additions. The original vocal is slowly getting drowned out. The additions were not matched to the source. They needed to be done by audio technicians that are versed in live mixes instead of pure studio mixing.
If the idea is "secret bunker", the White House already had one of those, it was even open for tours for a little bit.
If it's about building a BETTER bunker, well, I can tell you right now there's no bunker on Earth that can withstand the number of nukes pointed at DC, so that don't make sense either
The existing “bunker” is below the east wing section the ballroom is taking over. So yes it’s the latter, renovating and expanding the existing bunker. Not from nukes, but more likely from the fallout of civil unrest
