Basically where I'm at. Not gonna give up, but 2024 election was such an easy toss up of a test for this country, and it still failed at that. I really dont see any path forward, especially when half the commentary surrounding Democrats currently is just relentless bashing, blaming them for Trump, which is complete garbage. I knew a coworker who admitted without Medicare his wife would have died but he denounces Obamacare and votes Trump. He also lives out of his car and admits he bought his wife in Romania and admits he bought her. At the time his wife was 25, their oldest child was 12. I used him as a model of how "not to live your life" to the younger enlisted folks.

The truth is, most insulin-dependent people nowadays use insulin pumps which is much better for your system because they use slow timed insulin releases. Biden lowered the cost of insulin vials used with syringes, as I understand it, which fewer people use cuz it kills your blood vessels and other organs. The supplies for insulin pumps cost about $1,000 a month and Biden's policy stiff nothing for that. What Biden did was good but it didn't even scratch the surface of what needed to be done.
