The hush money payments indictment should've been filed in Q1 2021 not Q1 2023. Those extra 2 years would've been enough to actually get Trump sentenced for his conviction. That was a decision by a Democrat to delay. - The Georgia criminal trial might've happened in the DA didn't have an affair w/ one of her contract attorneys on the case. Trump being arrested would've changed nothing. The constitution allows for a president to run from his prison cell. SCOTUS already even ruled that the insurrection clause needs to run through the impeachment process.
The only people capable of stopping Trump were the voters.

I'd prefer that. If every man is created equal, then an ex-president should have laws applied to them the same as someone who never was President. But Biden was old school and still thought decorum yada yada yada and maybe he should try make it "not look political." But, anything where politicians face justice is just a pipe dream now.
