Trump called out on more "Alternative Facts"

Trump getting called out by a journalist for his alternative facts at a press conference. Funny how Trump spent most of the conference accusing the Media of spreading fake news yet doesn't take the time to check the fake statistics he is given.

PS. Sorry for quality, was screen grabbed from my mobile.

Source: http://news.sky.com/video/really-mr-president-reporter-corrects-trump-10770976

pro-trump supporters saying that this was a huge victory for Trump and that he tored down the fake media but i guess its alt-life.

This isn't embarrassing. This is utterly & completely disgraceful. This man lacks all virtues, is an insult to the US & deserves no respect.

9 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 2

There was nothing to fact-check. Nobody told him it was the biggest win since Reagan. He made that up himself.

9 years ago | Likes 68 Dislikes 6

"Mr. President can you comment on the current national crisis?" " The crisis is bad, but my electoral win was huge, the greatest win ever".

9 years ago | Likes 84 Dislikes 9

"and my ratings on an irrelevant reality tv show.. uuuuuuuge!"

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

"Way better than the current host, it's sad. That's the real national crisis, bigly. Everybody knows don't bet against Trump.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's what happens when a bully gets caught in a lie. See, they didn't lie.... it was the radio/internet/tv/that other kid that said 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 83 Dislikes 9

This thing, ma. I promise I'll never repeat it again. It's never them. They are the victim. Why can't you see it. Blah blah blah 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 45 Dislikes 1

Specific source? No, because I don't have one and I made it up. "I saw it somewhere" is the worst excuse.

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

That journalist deserves a medal, that was straight up badass.

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Pathological liars can't help but lie even about shit that doesn't matter at all

9 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 5

"it was a very big margin do you agree with that?" "You're the president". Absolute savagery I love it

9 years ago | Likes 5027 Dislikes 54

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

The margin can be huge but he's still got tiny hands

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

and then Trump said: "Good answer" ... that's the scariest part!

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

I really wish he had pushed it further. "We all know you are obsessed w/ your numbers and how they stack up. You are lying right now."

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 2

"Wait, what?! I'm the president?!" -Trump, probably

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 2

He should've said "I agree with the fact that you are unfortunately the President" but that would prob violate some ethics or something

fucking ROASTEDDDDDDDDDDDDD! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It seems saying the basic facts is savagery in this context. Hmm...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

What's unfortunate is that his mental capacity will never allow him to understand that he was burned with that comment

9 years ago | Likes 165 Dislikes 5

He knows damn well what he's doing. He's the best at saying nothing and sowing discord.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 4

I don't know. I feel like he's too egotistical. He won and people should be congratulating him. He is more annoyed by his margin.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Noooo!!! I like Discord...

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Word? Are you on the Breitbart server?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Do you really think so at this point? This is like the 50th time he's publicly bragged about his EC win, even to Netanyahu who dgaf.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I would've said, "you didn't even get the popular vote.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Didn't you hear? If you discount all the illegal votes that definitely happened, I know it, you know it, we all do. He actually won

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Yes. He is.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The best part was when he said that. We need people like him to show the world that we are not idiots like our president is.

9 years ago | Likes 35 Dislikes 2

Although, let's be completely fair: 62,979,636 of our citizens voted for him. And he was just as ridiculous during the campaign.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

True that! But you know, overall what are the numbers of the people that didn't vote for him?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Somewhere between 70-75%, if I remember correctly. Most of which simply didn't vote at all.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Look, between the number of people that didn't vote for Trump, it is still larger than those that did.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I'm not denying that. I'm just saying, you know, it's not just him. He represents a large, powerful, and problematic swath of our population

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

My count is about 135 million (out of an estimated 200 million elligible voters).

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Define "substantial".

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"All I know is that if I was going to stand in front of the world and claim I had the world's biggest win, I would have measured it first."

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

More like absolute stupidity on Trump's part.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

the "you're the president" fucking killed me

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Savage would be properly saying "No, I don't agree with you. I agree with actual numbers and facts. Stop lying to America, Mr. President."

9 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 5

Yeah, idk why people are so passive-aggressive. Sometimes confrontation is merited.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

But I think that people respect a level of decorum, even though the President himself does not. He's the only one not taking this seriously.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Because there is an expectation of respect towards the president in the press room, even if it is not given to you. Not saying I agree, btw

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Confrontation is not equal to disrespect. Just saying.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

"it was a very big margin do you agree with that?" "Much larger than the margin for the popular vote" *pterodactyl screeches*

9 years ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 3

The margin for the popular vote was 2,864,974, which is much larger than the 36 vote margin in the electoral college.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 17

Just wow.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I mean, losing by a wide margin is still having a wide margin.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

How was the reporter being a weasel?

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

Probably took it as a compliment. Don't you just love those people who don't even realize they're being made fun of?

9 years ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 1

More so fear the fact that what's he going to if or when people stop giving him an answer like that.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Wow, that was really poorly written ha

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I find it hilarious that he became president. Hilarious and sad.

Not really, no.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

How much distance have you tried? It's probably hilarious on Mars.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

It's a bit horrifying from here. : \

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

He it was Hilary on that stand, this journalist would die from a "car accident" in like 2 days. ..

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 61

If hillary really had all the connections you guys seem to think she has, couldn't she have made the illegals vote in the right states (1)

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

so that she would win the election? seems silly to have them all vote in Cali, which she was guaranteed to win anyway. (2)

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Enough about fucking Hillary. The election is over, get over it.

THIS.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He should've said "I agree with the fact that you are unfortunately the President" but that would prob violate some ethics or something

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 7

The only violation is that this kind of adversarial relationship was missing for the last 8 years. It's nice to have it back though.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 11

There's no laws or regulations that say you can't call the president on their bullshit. In fact, that's basically what the press corps does.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

There's this little thing that's called "impartiality" which is a regulation. Not one required by law, but one journalists themselves expect

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

each other to keep. Which is why accusations of it are thrown around freely at each other.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

He probably isn't supposed to show bias.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

My point

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Alternative President

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

So-called President

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

"Technically"-President Trump. Physically make air quotes when saying it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Failing President. SAD!

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

The Asterisk Presidency.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

and then Trump fucking smirked as if dude really said "You're absolutely correct, the margin was huge.".

9 years ago | Likes 934 Dislikes 9

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 11

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

he probably thought the guy meant "You are the president sir, anything you say is correct and I capitulate"

9 years ago | Likes 36 Dislikes 2

My thoughts exactly, almost like saying "you're the boss" or something. Which Trump has probably heard, or similar stuff, all his life.

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

He actually replies, 'Good answer'. As if, 'that's right you little shit'.

9 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 2

Because Trump didn't understand the guy didn't mean it as a compliment. Unsure whether it's stupidity, egotism, or both on Donnies part...

9 years ago | Likes 105 Dislikes 1

I don't think it's stupidity, but egoism is definitely on the table for explaining a stupid/verifiably false comment with Trump.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I mean, that's probably what he heard. Like how he rambled about his EC win after getting a q about antisemitism Wednesday. Dude is unhinge

9 years ago | Likes 199 Dislikes 2

That was absurd. "We've seen a growing number of anti-Semitic acts" "Well I won the election by a lot! People love me, lots of love"

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a Jew, the way the last two times he's reacted getting asked about antisemitism have me scared as hell. Shit's not funny anymore.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He gets so pissed, right? Instead of condemning it, which a reasonable person would do.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He took it as a personal accusation as well & shut the guy up then rambled about how he is "the least anti-Semitic person you'll ever meet"

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Dear fellow Conservatives. Can we please get rid of trump now?

9 years ago | Likes 57 Dislikes 2

Yep. God - can you imagine what he'd say if there was an actual natural disaster? "Listen, I've been there.Theyre fine. They don't want help

I think he intended to say "biggest electorial upset" but got caught up in the moment. Then his ego got in the way, so he back peddled.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 20

Which looking at the numbers is true. He did have the largest difference between predicted electorial votes and actual since Regan

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 17

Nah, he just lied

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

He's really not that bad. He needs more guidance but generally he wants to do what's good for America and is making some really positive....

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 69

That's called denial, brother. I wanted to give him a chance too, but now I severely regret that decision.

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

can we just get him impeached so we can have pence instead? at least pence seems a bit more competent...

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

Not gonna be easy. You'd need the Republicans to agree to it, and have solid evidence he broke the law.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

You're fucking kidding me right? He's a fucking sociopath.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

It's so hot when people talk sense nowadays

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He's a retarded Hillary

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 7

Changes in certain areas. This dosent mean I agree with everything, but if the right cabinet members can guide him, this might turn out ok

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 39

He picked incompetent cronies for his cabinet and is too egotistical to take anybody's advice anyways. Try a non-partisan news source...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I do. I prefer to watch BBC world. As far as American news goes, they are all partisan

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The only change he did make that i didnt end up regretting was the small business support. That's it.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

He's already failed at picking good cabinet members.

9 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

We blocked the bad ones. So now let's try to move forward

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 20

What a ringing endorsement. "if people around him can keep him from being who hereally is, he might be okay."

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

I don't think he's that bad, really don't. He's just inexperienced

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 19

He's a fucking retarded narcissist that's what he is.

9 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 3

We're being led by a tyrant who cannot (literally cannot) grasp facts and simple information, and folks are like, "he's not that bad." lmao

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 0

He must not be able to grasp the facts due to tiny hands.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

What a polite retort

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 18

The pussy grabber in chief has said much worse. If he can we can also.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just speaking the President's language.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Well, you can become president of the US by being impolite, so I don't see the issue with doing the same on Imgur

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Has Trump ever been polite retard?

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Reminded me of "The Emperor's New Clothes" when the townspeople pretend to go along with the fabulous new suit even tho they know he's naked

9 years ago | Likes 522 Dislikes 6

That. Is actually quite profound.

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 1

But the difference is that Trump isn't emperor and he can't just shout "off with their heads" when we disagree. Speaking out is a right.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

This reporter did speak out & caught Trump in a lie. Trump continued to deflect and spew bullshit. Reporter: "ok ok, nice suit Mr. Emperor"

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

It does restore hope to see that the majority of Americans aren't willing to just sit down and shut up and believe everything Trump says.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

That is the best allegory for Trump ive ever seen.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I remember an adaptation about this from elementary school, but it was a principal who got conned with an invisible suit.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Yeah, everyone wasn't sure and didn't want to be the one to admit they might be a fool

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I've heard it spun that everyone saw have as naked but didn't want to be thought fools. Enter innocent child, " THE EMPERORS NAKED!!"

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Except this isn't something we should just go along with to make him happy. He really needs to get his shit straightened out.

9 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 1

He's 70 years old. These are things he would have "straightened out" in his 20s if he ever was going to.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Eh, of all the things he should read up on, the statistical significance of how much he won by doesn't seem like a priority.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Exactly. But he obsesses about that inane stuff anyway and he doesn't even read up on it. He just makes shit up til people call him out.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

But how do we get enough precocious little scamps to yell that the deluded orangutan is marching, jumping and cartwheeling about naked.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

We're going along to allow him to show his true colors

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

This is no different than what he's been doing all along. He's been dealing out all hate and narcissism since Obama got elected, at least.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 0 Dislikes 4

After being subject to American Imgure politics en masse, starting to think your president is actually perfectly indicative of your country

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 5

Meaning no offence to your average American or yourself, im just saying. This is not a good look....

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

For instance, earlier I was told that "The New Colossus" was basically written by mistake. And they didn't know what it'd lead to....

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

As an Russian, this shit is the best porn ever

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As someone who supports Trump, and can understand where he is coming from. This shit is repetitive, and not doing him a bit of good.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 9

I've never seen a comment with this many points. Lot's of embarrassed Americans in here.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

Me every day when I watch the news..

So Obama that doubled your national debt from 9 to 20 trln is not an embarrassment?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 12

I think the "hold my beer" is pretty accurate when America saw the whole Brexit thing. We just had to top it.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

The lack of pressure from the media during President Obama's two terms was embarrassing as well.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 53

Yes, an uneducated vote would be a bad choice. Perhaps you could take some time to think about what's important to you and see who 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Supports that agenda. I believe that the environment is important. DT doesn't. That alone makes my decision. I have kids too so...

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

2/2 this asshole is low energy, sad, a disaster. A total disaster.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Heres the problem - only 26.3% of americans voted for Trump. 26.6% voted for hillary (though Trump won the electoral). That means that 1/?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

almost 74% of americans who are able to vote didn't vote for this fucktwat. Even more if you include those who can't vote for w/e reason 2/2

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Granted, 45% of americans (those who didn't vote but couldve) have no right to complain - though election day SHOULD BE a federal holiday

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

as I know a few people who couldn't vote since they were working (and aren't organized enough to bother with mail-in)

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

God the people who jerk off to politics on Imgur got really triggered because i don't care what our presidents doing all the time

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 24

Having a president that literally cannot count? haha, oh man.

As an American, this shit is down right frustrating.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

As another American, this shit is horrifying.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What's more embarrassing is that Americans still think news is real.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 63

What a bunch of morons. No wonder Trump won. 6 major companies own all the media outlets and they all spew garbage.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Let me guess, the New York Times is fake news but for some reason breitbart is OK

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 1

No, they are all garbage. The is no honest news source and all media outlets have agendas they push for their own gain.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

This is what we're looking at for the next 4 years. We did this. We have no one to blame but ourselves, and maybe also Russia.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Wait what? I thought you guys are extremely progressive?! I'm Dutch and I look to you for an example of how to better our country...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Is the reason you don't like progressives? Or did I miss some news about backwards shit going on?Is it something to do with rape/immigrants?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Probably not that keen on progression. We have our share of problems, I would not like to add Trump to that.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Why? What's going on in Sweden?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Swede here, I have no idea what he's on about.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I know now; nothing happened, but Trump tweeted as though something happened, and everyone's like "??? Wat"

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Another swede here. Trump is a horror story/comedy here.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

As a human being, this is embarrassing.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

You probably want to check some of the Egyptian president's speeches and tell me what IS embarrassing.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

How about lies lies and some more lies? Unpresidented hahaha

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The most embarrassing thing of all is that Trump supporters will not care at all. They will vilify the reporter doing his homework

9 years ago | Likes 29 Dislikes 1

just as embarrassing as the fact that those NOT supporting him will cling to this like "their president" wouldnt've made any mistakes.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 17

To me it's more of that this is a non-issue. This isn't important. Start calling him on the important stuff.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 8

Or, just a thought, call him out on literally everything wrong?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As a person living in reality this shit is embarrassing

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

elected... purchased electoral votes... it's all the same, right?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

To be fair, the alternative wasn't very intriguing either.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 16

Well the DNC insisted on running the ONLY Democrat who could lose to him to push their stupid "First Woman President!" vanity project.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 23

Their "First Black President" campaign worked so well they thought any minority would lock up the election. It'll be Hispanic or gay next.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 7

Nothing against a woman president, just.. I'm against "Vote Woman President!" as the unofficial campaign slogan.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 6

I dunno man, it seems weird to accuse someone of whining while actively whining.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 7

hardly a reason to elect this level of terrible.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

Both campaigns were "Don't elect the other one!" Neither of them deserve a scrap of power, but their bullshit was symbiotic.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 8

Just turned out better for Trump than Clinton is all.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 6

9 years ago | Likes 54 Dislikes 4

9 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

TigerThong is equating the destruction of scientific data to the burning of books.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 31

Misspoken? Yeah....Throwing out bullshit fact after bullshit fact while calling everyone liars? Fucking no.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

So what do you count that presser as? One misspoken event? Or do you have a monthly thing?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

The difference is, Obama realized he misspoke and sheepishly commented his error. Trump would buckle down & insist that there are 57 states.

9 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

That's what was told, probably.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Misspeaking and down right lying are not the same thing.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

The Aust Govt isn't really reconsidering the whole alliance...that will depend on what Trump does.

But at the same time, image on the roles reversed. I wouldn't want America to be allies with a country who has Trump as president.

Sure. 32 MILLION. I'd love to see a source on that because I guarantee you it's unreliable af.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

There were less than 10 fraud cases after the election. No convictions

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

"They". Yeah, "they" just sorted it out. Either you're lying yourself or you're a enormous dumbass who believed someone else's lies, but (1)

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

either way shut the fuck up and sit down while the adults are talking, okay sweetie? (2)

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Insulting isn't going to change anyone's opinion

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

Do you really think I give a fuck about changing the opinion of someone who seriously thinks *32 MILLION PEOPLE* somehow illegally voted?

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Being an asshole because someone believes differently than you just makes you an asshole, not right. Grow up.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

Quiiiick question, how many people do *you* believe "32 million" is?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

"Believes differently" is reserved for differences of opinion like "favorite flavor of ice cream" or even "what are your opinions on (1)

9 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 3

Even Fox news is turning against him now (well Shepard Smith, anyway) https://twitter.com/TheRichardLewis/status/832469634334937088

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

lol he's beyond O'Reilly now - at least he can call out Russia for killing journalists.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

And Breitbart...and Fox & Friends...ugh.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Heh, I think even O'Reilly is sick of his shit, and that's gotta mean something. That man would eat a turd if it meant denouncing Dems.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Your right I've seen segments of bill trying to get trump to say the "right" thing while trump obliviously just keeps ranting.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Reminds me of hotspur from king henery the 4th part1

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

O'Reilly called out Trump's fake story of US Muslims celebrating 9/11, Trump literally held up a printed out Breitbart story (bullshit site)

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Feeling stupid yet trump guys?

9 years ago | Likes 76 Dislikes 14

Nope. Fox business was on at work just now. That dickhead Stuart Varney was going on and on about how awesome the press conference was and

9 years ago | Likes 22 Dislikes 2

how Trump made the media his bitch and how Obama was bad at press conferences. Didn't mention this exchange at all.

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 2

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's not that he lies, he's obviously insane. It's that millions of Americans don't CARE that he lies and support him.

9 years ago | Likes 63 Dislikes 4

Why would they care? He's getting what they want done. In America all you have to do is threaten planned parenthood and you'll have over->

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

20 million people willing to accept whatever you do.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'd say the majority that voted for him are racist, uneducated or both. They don't care, they live in a world of make believe.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

Jesus tap-dancing Christ. Yeah, they don't care as long as it's a Republican doing the lying.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

I found out last night that a lot of the places he got a high percentage of votes, had a correlation of Opioid problems and drug use. It

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

would definitely explain a lot. In any event, this is where his heaviest voter base Really is. This needs to

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

be seen more often. See, we're pretty well blended but that skidmark in the middle is almost totally red. Probably means its cultural --

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

instead of people actually thinking about their choice. Plus, that map was made before Hillary's votes were all in, so some places purpler.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The drug use doesn't correlate to him, it correlates to white poverty... which correlates to him.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah I saw Olbermann talk about states that support him havec the highest drug abuse problems.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Isn't that the damndest thing? I mean in spite of everything, it legit surprised me too.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also, <3 Olbermann. Good guy, great videos.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

If he just apologized for having wrong information..... it could have ended better for him. Ego too big (dick too small) for apologizing?

9 years ago | Likes 47 Dislikes 6

He can't accept he's wrong, like with the travel ban. He could easily rewrite to be constitutional, but then he'd be admitting he was wrong

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

If he was accused of having a small dick enough, he would 'whip it out' during a press conference in anger.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 2

...Maybe that should happen. One thing the religious right would absolutely not stand by is a man showing his dick. It'd make kids gay!

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Dick, hands, brain...

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 3

They are too stupid to see past his lies and antics. They actually believed that he is so smart.

9 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 3

Because his supporters are fucking morons.

9 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 5

I don't support trump but this attitude will not help anyone.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 4

I don't care. This is what Trump supporters wanted, they liked Trump for "telling it like it is" and being an ass. Well, they're idiots.

9 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't know what pisses me off more in that screen cap. The article itself...or the podcast where MILO is talking about cyber bullying.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

well, given that the SJW platform is built entirely on cyberbullying...

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 11

It really isn't and honestly, even if it was. Milo is still the least qualified to talk about the issue. Seeing as he is a cyberbully. 1/?

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

The man's career is now built around him being a professional troll/bully. And deflecting to SJWs is usually the common defense for him. 2/?

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

To be fair, its not innacurate to say he celebrated and thanked Limbaugh if he did. Breitbart still seems like satire thats too smart tho

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

No, I guess technically it's not inaccurate to call it 'epic' in the title either, just not epic in the manner they're implying. They also

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

go on to say "Mainstream media appeared bewildered", which is also true, but because he was making almost no sense most of the time. it's

more of a lie by omission and misrepresentation, but you dont have to search the site very hard to find pure fiction and inaccuracies.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

He acted like an impulsive reckless douche that said whatever the crap he thought of at the time.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So you say he did well but when asked to specify you avoid the question. Are you taking lessons from Trump?

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

what did he do right?

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

He made up info on the spot and then lied about having been misinformed. He was not informed at all. Just assuming everyone will agree 1/?

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Just because of his title. The potus MUST deal with facts not just try to riff world politics. We can all see through his lies. His 2/?

I hear Australia needs IT Professionals, now if I could only convince the Mrs. we need to emmigrate :P

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Fair warning, it's super competitive in IT here.

Can we just come live with you now?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

As an Australian i really wanna help but i can't listen to anymore whinging. Just drink and shut up. And play with one of our fluffy animals

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

"Fluffy animals", yeah right.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Spiders are fluffy! Not so much snakes or crocs...

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Please take me. Will someone sponsor me for an Australian immigration visa?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Best really I've seen here. About 1/3 of our population is indoctrinated and 1/3 doesn't care, which is how this clown got into office.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There is literally no reason to love us. We shit all over the rest of the world and are ourselves a steaming pile of dog shit

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What is a bell end? and how do i get rid of one?

9 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 0

1. The head of the penis, being vaguely bell shaped. Like a mushroom head. 2. A complete idiot.

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Bullseye x3

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Cut your dick off. No really you baiting bell end.

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 1

A nob.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Pretty sure a bullet would do it

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 4

Wouldn't a knife be more accurate?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Yeah but messy, depeends on if you prefer to bathe in the blood of your enemies I suppose

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Careful, you can get arrested for getting people's hopes up with suggestions like that.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Sorry got a bit carried away with the wishful thinking

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

:) No worries, I'm not the N-S-you-know-who; but if you think their computers aren't watching for things like this, you're kidding yourself

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

High speed lead injection.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

What would the delivery method be though?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It is British slang referring to the head of the penis but used to indicate a foolish or useless person.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Oh. I thought it referred to the far bell end of a statistical distribution. Like, "Dude's at the deep end of dumbfuckery. Bottom quintile."

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

About as useful as a bell without its clanger.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I just might like this definition better

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Certainly an impressive outlier!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

But I guess that makes more sense.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

So, how difficult is it to immigrate to Australia? We're seriously thinking about it.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Any qualifications?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Worked in property insurance for 15 years. Inspect houses destroyed by tornadoes, flood, etc, estimates for repairs/rebuild.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Difficult to get permanent residency without a skilled occupation Australia is short on.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

It doesn't look like I'm on that list. I've worked in the property insurance industry for 15 years so I can inspect houses & write estimates

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The alternative is to find an employer willing to sponsor your permanent residency, the downside is you are basically stuck there for years.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

How hard is it to immigrate to Australia?

9 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

Getting permanent residency can be difficult. Though if you are qualified in a field that Australia is short of it's easier.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I own a doggie bakery so probably not lol. But my husband is an electrical lineman. I'll have to look into it.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Depending on his experience, he may be able to get work on the mines with a 457 Visa. High pay, but remote with fly in/fly out shifts.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Don't come on a boat

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

A lot of illegal immangrants arrive via boat from indonesia. They get sent to detention offshore (nauru or manus island)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just make sure you dont bring any fruit unless you want customs to take your anal virginity

9 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 0

They get pretty fuckin snippy about it here in south australia that's for sure

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You could eat it in front of them, saying that you meant to eat it on the plane.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Customs will still take your anal virginity

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I do the same with drugs

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

Depends on if you come by plane or boat

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

good one (sad but funny)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I'm in the US so we would come by plane.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What do you mean by that? I keep reading that in the comments and was hoping for some context.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

The Australian government has incredibly harsh and cruel treatments for refugees that arrive by boat, but no problem if they arrive by plane

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's a political joke: illegal immigration/refugee claims. Lots of attention paid to boat arrivals, lots of effort/$$/political (1/2)

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

fighting on keeping them out. But legal arrivals overstaying visas ("come by plane") are numerically more significant (apparently). (2/2)

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Hoards of refugees arriving by boat. Australia pretty much just throws them into horrible detention centers on Manus and Nauru island.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Well actually we stopped doing that. Now we just turn them back to the shotty country they're running from. Which is of course much better.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Does Australia mind if we crash on its couch until this thing blows over?

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

He acts like a fucking 14 year old douchenut

9 years ago | Likes 401 Dislikes 27

And all of his supporters on Imgur actually ARE 14 year old douchenuts - so that's kind of ironic

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Trump seems to be functionally illiterate, so I see why he seems so stupid. He doesn't read reports or not even the stuff he signs. To him+

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

it became as a surprise how he had made Bannon as permanent security counsil member. He had no idea what he signed.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

So yeah, we need more leaks. The guy is in the most dangerous position in the world - he can end the world if he decides so. This aint funny

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Yes, he's a schoolyard bully.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's because no one has ever said "no" to him since he was 14.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 8

No he acts like a 70 year old paranoid fox news watcher cuz thats what he is

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's because no one has ever said "no" to him since he was 14.

9 years ago | Likes 114 Dislikes 2

14 is giving him too much credit; it's more like 5.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

They have. He then bullies them with high priced, low scruples lawyers. Now that's not an realistic alternative so he flounders.

9 years ago | Likes 38 Dislikes 1

hes also not freely allowed to surround himself with yes-men or instantly fire anyone who says 'no'.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I disagree with the yes-men bit. His cabinet is mostly people that blindly support him to push their own agenda. The services and staff 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

though, you're absolutely right. Apparently the chief of staff wants to start a selection process though.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

well the 14 year old douchenuts are people where no one really said no from way before, so I would wager earlier than 14.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

So, maybe in his head, he's still 14

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

To be fair, plenty of people have told him no, he just didn't take that for an answer. (*whispers*I'm talking about him being a rapist/)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Where did all the imgur trump supporters go? Weird how they just disappeared...must be a liberal conspiracy.

9 years ago | Likes 48 Dislikes 0

soon

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

They stick to the white guilt/anti-sjw/blacks are the real racists posts in user sub nowadays.

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

I find it ebbs and flows. I notice their return when all of my political comments on a particular post start getting downvoted.

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

They'll come back when there's some picture of Hillary, as if she's still relevant right now, that they can circle jerk over.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

But they're too cowardly to actually comment. In their defense, their candidate is indefensible. So arguing for him is impossible.

9 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

imgur had trump supporters? all i've seen on here were bernie supporters and #nevertrump people.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Well, by being butthurt that Hillary won over Bernie, and therefore not voting at all, they kind of supported Trump.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Trump supporter here...did hours of research before I voted-and I'm banging my head at this guy. Like really-my ex husband needed less 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Of an ego boost-and he was a drama queen!

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

What research led you to vote for him? It would seem the more research done the less likely anyone would vote Trump. Genuine interest here

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I read over all of his policies and campaign promises-I did Hillary's also.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The fact that people still believe this guy is amazing.

9 years ago | Likes 188 Dislikes 17

Unfortunatelu there's far too much tailored baised news that is feed by sites like facebook which give you the news you want to hear

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

There's a BBC 'vox pop' about where his voters get their news. They really don't like their world view being challenged.

9 years ago | Likes 46 Dislikes 2

Rober Mercer, the gyu behind Trump is the one who has arranged this information bubble to distort facts and push policies with that.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

They listen to and read the same sources he does. In their minds, he's the first president to ever tell the real truth or story.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I've visited /r/the_donald once... just once

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Its a big circle jerk, breitbart everywhere, and they always say "how good we are and how we dont suck like the left."

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They believe FOX and Breitbart, which are Trump's sources as well. So the real leaders are Bannon and whoever runs Fox news.

9 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 3

Yesterday even FOX News blasting Trump. Hopefully he watches that too.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There is a deeper level - a billionaire called Robert Mercer was the one that arranged Bannon and Conway to work for Trump. He is behind it

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

I think there's never just one person behind anything of this size. They all manipulate and use each other.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Don't think that Trump or Bannon or Spicer are just puppets. If Trump was a puppet, he'd have no twitter account.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Mercer had his millions, Bannon and Conway working for Ted Cruz at first, then switched to Trump

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Trump is a tool for Mercer and Mercer is a tool for Trump. Mercer>Bannon>Conway

I still can't get over him saying the leaks were real and the reporting of those leaks were fake. How does that even work?

9 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 0

Government emails are official and private phonecalls to other nationleaders are confidential. So leaking confidential calls are illegal /1

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

If this is true, then he is right to call for leaks to stop and find out who leaks. not that this dumbass will succeed.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

...So the leaks ARE real. Which means reporting those leaks is also real news. It's not fake. Do you understand this concept?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

he literally said they were real in the interview and I am not refuting that. Its about legal vs illegal.

I think this is my favourite version.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Seriously where are you getting this 46 from?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 12

I kept it at 1824 cutoff to keep it equal for popular vote and EC vote comparisons and the rule changes somewhat equal

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

...from the number of EC votes he and others got in the 56 Elections for our 45 presidents?

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

It's not that. He would be 37th.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Wait, if he's president no. 45, how is that possible?

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 6

45 presidents but 56 elections

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Lots of presidents get elected twice.

9 years ago | Likes 43 Dislikes 0

Oh, duh. Thanks.

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

and we elected Grover Cleveland twice non consecutively, so he is both our 22 and 24th president, making trump 45th president, but

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

the 44th person to be president.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I know a lot of people say we shouldn't comment on his mental state, but yesterday was proof for me that he actually is totally unhinged.

9 years ago | Likes 349 Dislikes 10

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

I think he's a rich man of average intelligence who is far too entitled and prideful to realise that the presidency is too much for him

He's a vulgar, cowardly bully who will only act in his own perverted self-interest. He's astonishingly out of his depth. Sad.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Idk but the decision has long since been made and the Americans get to reap the "benefits"

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

EVERYTHING he has said since starting his campaign should have been proof.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I know but yesterday was a display we haven't gotten to see yet. Esp. the meltdown about the Black Caucus and the lie depicted in this post.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

And the anti-Semitism rant. And the nuclear holocaust rant. And the unending obsession with his election results. He's mentally unfit.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

I agree. Why shouldn't we- if he's running the fricking country he should be in good mental health

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He probably has some form of dementia, we don't know because he won't fucking release his medical records

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He's a pathological liar and a massive narcissist. Of course he comes across as unhinged.

9 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 0

Dude is an old man, he's just going senile. Though that's far from comforting...

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 4

Just? I can't think of very many senile old men who would be worse than Trump as President.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If his behavior is caused by senility, he's been suffering from it since he was 20 years old.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

He had always been a grandstanding asshole. He took out ad space to advocate death penalty for 5 INNOCENT NY teens (14-16 y/o or so)

9 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

The case had absolutely nothing to do with him and of course he never apologized when all 5 were cleared. (The Central Park 5 if interested)

9 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 0

Oh I'm not denying that, but senility seems more likely currently than actual mental illness. Still doesn't change that he's always been a

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

gigantic asshole. Like literally a dripping, gapping, bleeding, asshole.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

That was extremely unethical of him. Such evaluations of public figures are forbidden by the APA.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 11

Read the fucking article, shitmarmot.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I think the argument is that he said that it was unethical and also that nothing is probably wrong with him: he's just an asshole.

Yeah that's the point of the comment. Is insulting to mentally ill people to compare them to him lol

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 2

As someone who suffers from mental illness, I get that. But given his job it's not beside the point at all, and something we should discuss.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

Exactly.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

I haven't heard that before. Why shouldn't we?

9 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

Because just because he's a sociopath doesn't mean he have a mental illness accusing him as such does a disservice to actual mental patients

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

While professionals can't diagnose someone they haven't met, sociopathy is clinically referred to as Antisocial Personality Disorder, a 1/2

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

real mental illness.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Mental health professionals shouldn't. It's an ethical issue and you also can't diagnose from media appearances alone. But he's clearly nuts

9 years ago | Likes 33 Dislikes 0

And non mental health professionals dont know what theyre talking about.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 4

Neither does Trump, and since he's become president that argument is less...meaningful.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Maybe, but you don't need to be a helicopter pilot to understand something's wrong when it's upside down and in a tree

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

False. Being a professional may help, but it may also hamper a rational, honest and balanced asessment.

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 4

There's also the issue that it stigmatizes mental health problems. I've got friends with severe anxiety, depression, and even more (1)

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

You mean Trump is giving people with mental health issues a bad rep?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's a lot of it, but it's also the people who keep using a blanket "he's got mental health issues" statement against him. He almost (1)

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

serious issues for whom the whole "Trump is CRAZY" thing has been pretty massively damaging. I understand it, doesn't mean I like it. (2)

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

There's no meaningful way to promote an accurate diagnosis of someone you haven't personally talked with. It's more slander than diagnosis.

9 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

True, but then again we are talking about a field of study that has a great deal of difficulty replicating any result or diagnosis.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Practicing clinical psychology often feels frustratingly more like art than science. Humans rarely fit in neat diagnosis boxes.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

â‘¡ Ultimately diagnosis criteria are merely a tool for identifying a starting point to improve the patient's function and life satisfaction.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Depends on how you quantify it. He's 39th for percentage of EC votes won: (40th row in the example)

9 years ago | Likes 173 Dislikes 8

what formula did you use to calculate win %? (winner EC - loser EC / Total EC)?

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Sorry for the late response(I don't really use Imgur on the weekends). I ranked percentage for these comments just by winner EC over total.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I understand how you ranked them, I was curious about the last column, and the formula you used for it.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"Win %", the last column in my sheet, is based on the popular vote. Anything dealing with the EC has "EC" in the title.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nice! :)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

I got annoyed with everyone lying about numbers right after the election so I gathered all of the previous elections in an Excel sheet.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

You're great =)

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

The joke is that he's the 45th president. There hasn't been 46 electoral college wins.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 22

Many presidents have won the electoral college twice, like Obama, Bush, Clinton, Reagan, Nixon, etc.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

You know that's wrong right? Please tell me you know that's wrong.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Does this really matter at all? He brings it up all the time, but is it relevant or just his narcissism?

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

It sort of does matter that both sides are just spouting whatever nonsense they want.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 13

Nice false equivalence there.

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 1

Not a false equivalence. It's a lie no matter the metric.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 7

It is very relevant when the president and his administration constantly make statements that are detached from reality.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I agree with you there, I meant these numbers in general. What should we be taking away (other than obvious benchmark for future elections)?

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That he doesn't care about truth or reality.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

If he was just Donald Trump - no. But he's President Trump, the most powerful person on earth. there are certainly more pressing issues.

9 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Percentages generally work better than raw numbers since the number of EC votes has changed over time. Same with vote numbers

9 years ago | Likes 86 Dislikes 3

9 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 14

Do people think I like the bastard because this was the most relevant picture I had for this and couldn't be assed to type out a response?

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I mean, it's still not great but not QUITE as bad, haha.

9 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Yes, celebrate that now he's only 9th lowest, instead of 3rd lowest. Out of a possible 49 places.

9 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

Just a correction, not a celebration.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

/r/theydidthemath

9 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 1

I didn't really do much math. I just entered all of the numbers and mostly used Excel functions because I'm lazy.

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

you used a spreadsheet? FAKE NEWS. You have to run it through the Propagandizer 9000 machine at the White House to get accurate news.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

That's 99.99% more effort than anyone else is willing to do

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

It's a pretty useful sheet to have in cases like this.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Proving his claims are flat out lies no matter how you calculate it!

9 years ago | Likes 31 Dislikes 1

Well, if you only take into account the presidential elections of the last 4 years, then he had the biggest EC win. Math.

9 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I get what you're saying and it's an excellent joke. Sorry for the original misguided reaction!

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Ok so I totally misread your comment as being about the last 4 presidential elections, not last 4 years. People pointed out my error and now

They're downvoting you for not getting the joke. There has only been one election in the last four years.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No people are downvoting you because your response makes no sense. I think you misread the comment.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

But, to be fair, the accuser's claims are flat out lies in this case as well.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 20

I don't think they are. unless you made a math error, or the NYTimes did, they have all the listings ranked by percentage.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

After someone finally linked it a bit ago, it includes some elections when the rules were vastly different and they had 2 votes per EC voter

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

3/ when rebutting a claim is whatever method Trump himself used. Since he probably doesn't understand the concept of percentage, I am sure

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

4/ that he is using a simple difference (not percentage), and therefore it's valid to rebut with that alone.

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He's 37th if you use difference and not percentage. Also the EC votes have more than doubled since Lincoln, so it's significant.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

1/ I wouldn't say that. Although a percentage is statistically correct, the difference between the results is so small that evidently the

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

2/ change in number of electoral votes (which makes using a percentage correct) is hardly significant. And also, the "correct" method to use

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He says since Reagan, wouldn't comparing him to every president not make much sense then?

Funny story Reagan used almost the same slogan http://www.oldpoliticals.com/ItemImages/000014/18718_lg.jpeg

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

He did finish better than any Republican president since Reagan if you don't count the Bushs.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Comparison between all is still relevant because it's suggesting that Reagan had the best EC win of them all.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Well, first it's "since Reagan". Then it's just "Republicans since Reagan" which is literally 2 other people. Of whom he only beat W. Bush.

9 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 2

Yeah. He didn't say 'just republicans' until he got called out. And he lost the popular vote worse than any winner in history, at least for

9 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 2

ordinary 2 person races. Saying 'I had the best EC victory of republicans since Reagan' is kind of like saying 'today is the coldest day

9 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 2

Also not true. Hayes and JQ Adams lost by a higher percentage in the popular vote and still won.

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

Since I was responding to someone who obviously wasn't using those same limitations, it would.

9 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 2

I suppose fair for those limitations, just doesn't help me debunk what he actually said

9 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The only Republican to have a higher EC% since Reagan was HW Bush:

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

He only said that after he was called out on it. his original statements had no such qualifier.
