A sincere request

(It's okay if you just skip reading this, or let this die in usersub, I just don't know what else to do). Please don't feel pressured to upvote, I'm not trying to get points here.

So, Story Time:

I'm disabled from a congenital brain disorder I was born with, probably from being born premature. I'm not dumb and I'm mobile, able to lift a bit, walk around, etc, but sometimes I have fainting spells when I get too stressed and my body needs time to sort stress out. Sensory integration disorder. My parents are both diabetic, have had heart surgery, a kidney transplant, and have needed me there to help take care of them, but I can't do enough to help them that qualifies for aid. I'm glad I have a home with my family, two loving cats, and friends online to talk to, but when health issues come up for my parents, the stress makes me sick, and I've lost jobs because of it. Mostly needing time off to cope and handle the stress or not being able to work eight hour shifts consistently.

I want to work, and succeed, but every 'at home' job I look for either seems like a suspicious pyramid scheme or a possible scam. I'm 32 and my parents can't afford to keep taking care of me. I'm already on food stamps, I don't want to have to stay on food stamps forever, and I'd like to at least be comfortable enough to afford my own food, clothes, and have spending money. I'm tired of feeling like a burden to my parents.

I guess I just wanted someone to hear me, maybe offer some good advice? Genuine advice? It's been tough for the last ten years especially. Just when I start to do better mentally and emotionally (chronic anxiety and depression), my parents get sick again, and the stress brings me back down again. I love them, I need something small and simple I can do online, and I have no idea where to look or who to turn to.

To answer any questions, I am applying for Social Security, but that process could take several months, or years, and I do want to be able to work part time. I know I couldn't handle a full time job, hell I couldn't really handle a full time school back in the day, but I guess I'm hopeful someone in the IMGUR community might know resources I don't know? I've applied to LinkedIn, Monster.com, Ziprecruiter, and I'm open to checking out anything that's legitimate or sending in my resume to anyone who might want to take a gander at it.

Mostly, I'm just scared. Of what I'll be when they're gone or where I'll go. If anyone's ever been in a situation like this and got through it.
