Go for it. Discovery is going to be hilarious, cuz it would require the unredacted Epstein files to be submitted into evidence for him to make his argument and he would have to argue that they are untrue... videos of him raping kids would need to be argued against, in court.

Discovery isn't filed with the court, it's exchanged between parties. The public would never see it. And even if it's an exhibit to a public filing it could be filed under seal which would also prevent the public from seeing it.

Your being pedantic. The point of discovery is to find evidence to prove your side of the case. That evidence will be presented in court and made a part of the public record.
The evidence Epsteins estate will present will be to prove Trump did everything and worse than what has been aledged.

Not pedantic, this is literally the legal procedure. No you won't see the document productions because they are not filed with the court. Parts pertinent to the motions filed depending upon the causes of actions may be used as exhibits, which may or may not be filed under seal. You would see MAYBE less than 1% or what was produced in discovery used in public filings.
