Yes but he's not playing what you're hearing. Merely a quarter of the way in there are notes being played as he's lifting up his hands. If you want to see someone legitimately this good and weird go watch some Victor Borge.
It's quite related actually. What he's doing is like lip-syncing a song but in piano. And he actually has to know the source material to be able to mimic it that good. I bet he can play Rush-E somewhat good. No one can play it perfect because Rush-E, but still.
