I bought a house in 2008 at the age of 22 and foreclosed within 6 months during the housing crisis.

Jewish holiday of Simchat Torah… the reading of the torah is started again for the year so the whole scroll is unrolled so we can see it all at once.

#42 that's my secret. I'm always running around in circles

Running around in circles around the boss is actually a solid strategy for most games. It works in Dark Souls, Monster Hunter, Devil May Cry, Final Fantasy, Doom 2016, Bayonetta, Super Mario 64, Armored Core, Sonic, Five Nights At Freddy's, Fallout, Skyrim, God of War, and so on, and so forth.

Recently had something like #1 happen to me. Felt really weird, kinda wish he would have said something to me, but I guess some people can't handle being called out.

#42 Running around in a circle is a a VITAL component of beating Zelda bosses. It allows you to watch and learn the enemy's attack patterns while avoiding damage. If you try to strategize first while standing still you will DIE. Circle, observe, don't die, THEN strategy.

I've written the same under a different comic, but this works for almost every single boss in every single game. One of the few exceptions where this doesn't work would be Dark Souls "Cinder", Vergil from DMC5 and the Cyberdemon from Doom 2016, but aside from those very specific ones, even in their respective games it's still possible to follow this strategy.

Pretty much keep it for the memories that pop up. My mother passed away in 2015 and I like seeing the things she interacted with me on.

#7 Bought my first house in 1999. Can confirm, it was awesome. Highly recommended.

Rub it in, why don't ya?? Just kidding. I'm happy for you, even if I'll never afford one.

I live in the country. My friends all have houses because their family severed a piece of land and sold it to them at a quarter the value. They're good people but it sucks being happy for people who get crazy advantages I'll never see

If it makes you feel any better I had to refinance it twice to help pay off debt. When I sold it a few years ago after making mortgage payments for 20 years I owed $50,000 more on it than what I bought it for. Also, even though I don't own it any more, I am still making payments on another loan I took out to fix the roof. Housing prices may be up but it's never been cheap to own a house.
