For towing comparison, my 98 Ram diesel with a 5 speed is only rated to tow about 14000 lbs ( I'm rounding up ). However I think Chrysler under-rated that figure because the truck is basically a rolling hunk of steel.
To suggest that cast aluminum can tow 11,000 lbs is both laughable and criminal.

I have an '01 F-250 5.4 gas/manual and it is rated at 10,000lbs which is about the weakest combination for that truck. It has 220,000 miles on it. I pulled my friend's 14,000lb RV out of a ditch. I've pulled a lot of vehicles out of ditches. It weighs 4,000lbs less than a cyber truck.
4.10 gears, 2.70:1 transfer case, 5.72:1 first gear and >300lb-ft of torque at 1500rpm. Nearly 20,000lb-ft of torque at the wheels.
Cyber truck has 525lb-ft and 15:1 gear ratio or 7,800lb-ft at the wheels.

A ram also has a frame built to take the weight of the 4k lbs truck while pulling against up to 14000, and usually you'd only pull about 10k because the truck is already 4k lbs. If you take a 7k lbs e truck on an already stressed frame and then try to pull 11k it's just not going to hold.

They put out a classic evasive "well OBVIOUSLY" tesla update that stated that the 11000lb rating "isn't absolute". The vertical load limit of the hitch mount is just 72kg, exactly the same as the model y. What that means is that you can tow a lot but you can't noseweight the trailer appropriately. It's pretty common for the hitch vertical load limit to be about 10% of the total towing capacity, and the standard recommendation for nose weight is 5%-7%, which gives us a 1440kg limit.

Being charitable, you could say that some larger trailers are wheeled and therefore weighted differently and don't require as much nose weight to operate safely. And of course a 5th wheel would bypass it entirely, though as far as I can tell Tesla have announced a 5th wheel "concept" but you can't actually buy one. So just possibly that 11000lb claimed is just vaporware for now and is only practical with a part you can't buy and the real world limit is about what you can tow with a passenger car

Like shear bolts somewhere rated to fail below the force that will compromise the cast aluminum frame. That's a good idea to preserve the vehicle, but a bad idea for road safety having a trailer break free. Better to let the frame die than lower the threshold that a trailer will break away at highway speeds and strike someone.

Towing capacity is dependant on braking ability. The bigger/better the brakes are, the more can be towed. Tongue weight is a different measurement.
