treadmill don't matter, thrust is generated by the jet itself. the wheels just roll at whatever speed is jet's momentum+ground movement.

Yeah because the wheels of the landing gear are freely able to roll and dont transmit any thrust . Treadmill 100mph+Jet 101mph=Wheel 201mph.
