For number 9, the ability to switch between gaming, music, movies, internet browser's and productivity programs(word, excel, etc.)

And library portability. I travel back and forth a lot, so having a PC at either place means I don't have to worry about bringing games(1/2)

Console exclusivity is actually a big part. Its been more than a decade and GameCube emulation is still fucky. Older games are another story
