Nobody asked but real talk: I went to Mexico a couple years ago, got home(usa), went into the bathroom and didn't come out for a week. Pretty sure I lost somewhere between 10 and 15 pounds. I can't remember exactly. I started taking cinnamon and turmeric and all kinds of things but nothing was helping or even not going right through me until I got some berberine capsules. I don't know if it was just the natural time for whatever it was to run its course or the berberine but it was noticeable.

My wife is in chemo right now, and the criteria is to call the clinics 24 hour line if she has diarrhea for more than 24 hours. That's it. 24 hours, and you're in danger.
