I love Excitebike

#2 I would sue him. Or beat him up

#2 what a great way to seriously injure your wife in your shared home.

#1-"can't park there mate"

#1 - things that need more context for $100, Alex.

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 3

#8 Is really having trouble coping with the situation.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

#6 Glad the dude put the camera down immediately to help, not just wallow in Schadenfreude and keep filming for the amusement of internet strangers.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Hoomans gonna hooman.

What'd he do? I need a story to this karma that I just saw

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

#8 Someone never learned Ray's Rule of Precision: "Measure with a micrometer; mark with a chalk; cut with an axe."

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I can't consider #6 & #10 funny. I mean, all the others were dumb idiots, one way or another. But these two are indeed pure Schadenfreude, joy from the pain of others. Yeah, me the party pooper.

2 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 3

Agree because i know how common it is to break both wrists from things like the bike one

2 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

#3 This looked like a Darwin Award in the making.

#2 is how you send someone to the hospital with a torn ankle ligament.

2 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 3

At best

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I know the story behind #1, but it always amuses me hugely that the guy tries to fight the digger.

2 years ago | Likes 115 Dislikes 0

Iirc they parked on his driveway and blockedthe entrance, he asked them to move it, they where dicks about it and told him to fuck off, called cops who didn't help (not clear why), finally took matters in his own hands since asking and going through proper channels failed him.

2 years ago | Likes 100 Dislikes 1

“Not clear why”
because cops. Cops don’t help. “Helping” is not what they do. They are not helpful, nor are they trained or instructed to be, nor are they in any way legally required to be (at least in the US, and I acknowledge this event was UK, and if you also think policing is that much different there in its heart of hearts then I have a bridge to sell you).

2 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 9

One of them punched the farmer, twice. Apparently one of them was so drunk that before hitching a ride with the friend who owned that car, he thought it was a good idea to walk 52 miles back home.

2 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 0

He did not walk 52 miles, that is ridiculous.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Comment didn't say he walked 52 miles, it said he thought it would be a good idea. I think that means the guy was about to start walking and then changed his mind and hitched a ride.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He did and he would walk 52 more , just to be the man who walked exactly 104 miles.

2 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

He didn't. But he was drunk enough to think that was a good idea. Then he came across someone he knew who was stopped with flat tires.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

"Well I would walk twenty six miles, and-a I would walk twenty six more, just to be the man who walked-half-of-a-mile, before-throwing-up-and-passing-out-on-the-side-of-the-road"

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I believe that is in Cairo, 2013 when it snowed there for the first time in over a century. People went absolutely nuts with snowballs and had so much fun.

2 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

The writing looks turkish

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, that one was nice. The rest was a mix of people who deserved it getting hurt, people who didn't deserve it getting hurt, and a girl sawing a piece of wood for some reason.

2 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Look at the frame of the saw v the height of the wood.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's the snowball one

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"WE HAVE THE HIGH GROUND!"

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

only good one was the snowball turf war

2 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 7

Vise not even nailed down? Safety third, I guess.

2 years ago | Likes 24 Dislikes 0

#8 Also, not clamp wood into a metal vise (without some kind of protection), nor use a metal saw for attempting to saw wood. Is this the intentional "dissuade females from taking shop class", or what?

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Yep. Just wait until the vice falls on someone's foot.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

and cut wood with a metal hacksaw. WTF is going on?

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#2 looks like a good way to get arrested for booby trapping and getting sued over injuries

2 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 7

I don't think they'll be suing or calling the police on their family / friends...

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 2

A couple of these, and their lawyer gets them the house? And alimony.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yeah, that's a great way to get a lifelong knee injury. Awful "prank".

2 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 3

You americans have a real hard-on for suing people

2 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

And what works for injured people where you life? Something has to be better, but what?

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I'm sure "it's just a prank, bro" is a fine legal defense...

2 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

hahaha broken ankles hahaha /s

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

#8 The teacher (presumably the guy looking at his phone in the background) is at fault here for neglecting his class. Also that press should be screwed down to the bench, and they have the wrong saw.

2 years ago | Likes 26 Dislikes 2

Is this the intentional "dissuade females from taking shop class", or what?

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

The saw type is the least important thing wrong with what's going on there.

2 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Yes. The saw is long enough that it could still be used if the board were horizontal.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Or if the saw were were vertical and the work were at the edge of the table.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yep - I've cut wood with a hacksaw many times. The biggest worry is that the heavy press would fall off (who the fuck buys a bench press for a shop and doesn't affix it).

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

She almost figured it out. I think if the video were a bit longer we would have seen her finally grasp that she needs to angle the saw down (or up, depending on your perspective). A secured bench vise would have helped out quite a bit.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Yes, I think she realized that. But her friend had to set the phone somewhere and hold the vice.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Thank you for not calling it a press, I was starting to twitch with rage.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#7 At least he has the perfect haircut for a soccer player.

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 2

His vision must’ve been way off. If you slow it down his foot was never aiming for the ball to begin with.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

He's just missing the leg muscle and dexterity ..

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You can tell from his weird windup it ain't gonna be pretty

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I found it satisfying to see the ball slapper get kicked on the face.

2 years ago | Likes 599 Dislikes 1

Yup

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

"how did ya get that scar?" "Uh, sexually assaulting livestock?"

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

He found out. Hope he got a dislocated jaw and/or half his teeth are now missing

2 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

I hope he lost an eye.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 4

That one is ok, but the poor lady in #10 almost broke her neck and that’s just unsettling to look at.

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

It's amazing how many times I've had to explain to people that cows are not harmless. They're huge and they have a fast roundhouse that's like getting hit with a baseball bat. At least horses can only kick backwards. Cows can get you from almost any angle.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That is natural selection.

2 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I hope people that fuck with animals get exactly what they deserve.

2 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Mee too! I watched it several times. Hahaha

2 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

He's more of a ball tickler, and he's intellectually disabled.

I looked it up out of curiosity. Horse kicks are about 2000 pounds per square inch. That dude isn't okay.

2 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 0

Used to work in Large Animal Veterinary Medical Devices as support. Know what we didn't cover, among other things? Horse kicks, because it fucking pulverized the inside of a mobile X-Ray panel and completely scrapped it. Horses are beautiful, wonderful, dumb animals, but ho boy will that back kick FUCK your month up.

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

hopefully he is not

2 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Never was

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Will never understand the thought process here. That thing is MUCH bigger, faster, and stronger than you. What on earth makes you think it's a good idea to assault it?

2 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Only on the criminal part, the dude in the telehandler was still civilly liable.

2 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Came here to say that. The court found the farmer as not guilty.

2 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 1

"It was legal to be a raging baby, that means I'm a good person"

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 16

It's a defence to criminal damage in the UK if it was done to preserve one's own rights to their own property and that the action was reasonable. A jury found this reasonable. And the law rarely says anything about someone being a good person, something being legal does not denote righteous morality

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

WTF are you going on about? A dickhead repeatedly parks his car on a farmers land so he removes it and that makes him a raging baby? When you side with the trespasser, I automatically assume you're an asshole.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

He didn't "remove it" he deliberately destroyed it. This wasn't someone doing something mechanically necessary. It was an angry action.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

People kept ignoring the no trespassing- it will happen again

2 years ago | Likes 150 Dislikes 0

Back in civilization, people report the trespass to the police and/or call a towing company.

2 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 94

In a rural area you could be waiting for several hours until someone can respond, if there is anyone available to respond. Should be just be held prisoner by some asshole who refused to move his vehicle from private property and then threatened the landowner?

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

The farmer called the police, they refused to respond.

2 years ago | Likes 50 Dislikes 0

In real civilization, people respect other people's property and don't make stupid threats

2 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 0

So you're saying if crime exists, at all, vigilantism is OK? Why then do we even have police? Everyone should just be a good guy with a gun. /s

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 5

I'm saying if there's a douche on my property threatening me with immediate harm, I can take steps to reduce or remove that threat

2 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Maybe if they stopped recruiting Lil Bitches who are afraid of paperwork they'd have trusted the police with such matters.

2 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 1

The dude with no sorry refused to move the car and threatened the farmer.

2 years ago | Likes 67 Dislikes 0

Ah yes. When you feel threatened by someone, the sensible reaction is to provoke them even more. Surely that'll reduce the threat to you.

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 25

Addressing the threat means considering all solutions available in the moment. Turning the other cheek frequently results in that one being slapped as well - that’s not acceptable. Escalation, if you know what you’re doing, means you have a comfortable fore knowledge of the outcome. You either escalate, or defer.

2 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Animals do it all the time. Humans are animals too. It has been proven to work time and time again.

2 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

You got that Arrabiata sauce?

2 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 4

The defense quoted Mike Tyson, that's great.
"Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth"

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

tl:dr
Some local youth blocked his driveway, drank 7 bottles of lager, and punched the farmer twice after being asked nicely to move away.

Farmer moved his vehicle himself with a forklift, was found not guilty with overwhelming community support.

2 years ago | Likes 59 Dislikes 0

I mean at that point it’s defending property and self.

2 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

Telehandler*

2 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 4

Which is generally acknowledged as a subcategory of forklift.

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It also says the vehicle was only there due to a punctured tire.

2 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 4

So it's fine to assault the farmer whose property you're on??

2 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Blocking the driveway. You can move it so it’s not an impediment.

2 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

*some youth blocked his driveway, another guy drank the 7 bottles amd punched the farmer. Not the driver. Details matter

2 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

Definitely not in this case
